We',re a distributor of set and seed products athwart North America. We also do other fronts of the horticultural activity including investigation and outgrowth. I',m the director of application outgrowth. Any manner applications are handled by my cluster.

What challenge were you trying to address with SPR?
We needed help with a number of outgrowth projects.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
First, they replaced the landing page for our mannerer gate. They also helped us form a mobile application for that same mannerer gate. Additionally, they helped us form a supplier gate and a catalog search for our products and re-tool our corporate intranet. Usually, they did a bulk of the projects but we would deploy them and we',d de-bug and fix issues ourselves. They also prepare staff increase for when we need full-time support.
Was there a dedicated team?
It',s changed over the years, but we typically have one main point of touch.
How did you come to work with SPR?
We were having accomplishment issues on our intranet and the organisation that was helping us at the time recommended them as another perspective. We were so impressed with the work they did in such a brief time of time that we hired them for our next engagement.
How much have you invested with them?
We',ve invested more than $1 million.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began working unitedly in March 2012, and our engagement is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
For the mobile application, we were capturing metrics on downloads. We got more than half of our users to download the app, which was pretty expressive. The mannerers veritably like it too. The mobile application is a watered-down rendering of the full application. We simplified the functions and they liked how easy it is to use.
How did SPR accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
SPR will come in with a project director but we want our personnel to be in direct, so it',s hard to justice them on that front. The few times their project directors were in direct, they kept us to the deadlines and kept us on task. In the past, we',ve used Lighthouse, Jira, and our own manner method.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Their consistence has been big. They facilitate care the same resources for our accounts to keep us lucky.
What fronts of their work would you like to get improved?
Not see project has gone lucky. Sometimes the nation that we',re given just don',t work out. They',ve always been open to switching the resources.
Do you have any advice for possible mannerers?
My advice is to talk to the individuals placed at the head of their accounts forward of time to make sure they',re a technical and cultural fit.
