A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I was the chief marketing official for a law firm operating out of New Jersey.
What challenge were you trying to address with Starfish?
Simply stated, we wanted to create our brand, lift the firm’s profile and position it more strongly in the market.
What particular tasks were
The overarching goal of the project was establishing a visual oneness, which innately consisted of a new logo and acorganisationing design integrations athwart the total firm. That plays out in digital and transmitted media, so our website and digital properties as well as stationery and print media.
We did two major revamps of the website, and they were in direct of the total design process, from UI/UX programning to the educeed execution in outgrowth. Beyond that, they prepare us with marketing goods and then we use them to raise the organisation profile.
Was there a dedicated team?
I was consistently in touch with the proprietor and our leading project director throughout the project, but I believe there were almost five nation working on the project in total.
How did you come to work with Starfish?
They were already occupied in work for the firm when I joined, so I ponder what I did was last and grow the relationship.
What is the terminal result of working with
We leading began working with them in September 2017, and I left the organisation almost nine months ago, but the two firms are continuing to work unitedly.
Are there any measureable or plum results?
As we implemented the revamps of our website, we saw very clear betterments in our engagement metrics. I’m not household with the exact numbers, but we were surely seeing vigorous double-digit increases in commerce and click-through rates and things like that.
They are veritably good at coming up with not just creative ideas, but also powerful design solutions, if you will. It can be very hard to educe wonderfully targeted brand messaging while also satisfying the wide range of requirements and personalities that you find in the legitimate services and consulting part of the business aggregation, and yet they last to exceed expectations on all fronts.
How did Starfish accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They are very affable and very proactive almost staying in touch. Their team stays on top of all deadlines and interactes very openly. Throughout the project, it was always very clear that we were being taken seriously and that we were significant clients to them, which we veritably appreciated.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with
They’ve got a wide range of abilities in their personnel, but they are also very accurately conscious of what they can and can’t do. It’s plainly significant to them to liberate on all they promise, so they are very careful almost turning down anything they feel they might not be able to complete with their measure of condition. Their uprightness in that respect was veritably precious.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
I don’t have a recollection of anything I wished they would better in working with them.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Be open with them, not only almost your requirements and what you want them to do, but also almost what it’s going to be like working with you. At some points in our project, I had to tell them that it was going to get messy owing of all the hoops we had to jump through, and preparing them for that made all go much more smoothly than it would have otherwise.
