Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I am the ruler of marketing and interactions for a law firm of almost 350 lawyers athwart the country. We specialize in Life sciences and technology investment funds, and I superintend all of our advertising, our website, and our collective media and open relations.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Starfish?

We’ve had lots of challenges that Starfish has addressed with us. One of the largest ones was a complete overhaul of our website',s home page and a cool of all of our inner pages, which they worked closely with us over a time of months to complete.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

Their team seted by coming up with design concepts for the home page and taking that all the way through our inner approval processes, which can take a lot of time at a law firm. From there, they designed our inner pages, helping to cool our branding guidelines and producing full.

Starfish manages all of our advertising, including jutting videos on our website and almost 70–80 print and digital ads over the order of the year. They feel all from hue palette, typography, and placement of picturesque elements, to advocating for full and investment determinations with the partners at our firm.

Was there a dedicated team?

We have a couple of first contacts on their team, primarily David (CEO, Starfish), Dayna (Account Director, Starfish), and Elizabeth (Assistant Account Executive, Starfish).

How did you come to work with Starfish?

We seted working with Starfish precedently I joined the firm, but I’m sure it was a competitive pitching process. Since then, it has been a veritably easy determination to stick with them owing of the condition that they liberate.

What are you access expents (if diclosed)?

I’m not sure how much we’ve spent in total on the account, but it is surely upwards of $1,000,000.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We began working unitedly in 2015, and we last to rely on them for all of our advertising and website needs.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

The feedback from within the firm, which is one of our most significant factors, has been extremely real. Leadership loves the new home page and the way the total web website works.  People feel that it is clean, efficient, winning, and gets the right interaction athwart. They managed to smite the right weigh so that design doesn’t get in the way of full.

In provisions of metrics, our website gets many more eyeballs than it used to on our old website. Page views are up. Our headlines get more observation, and nation stay longer on given pages. Their total team has just been incredibly helpful and veritably efficient. They never sacrifice condition for the sake of expedience, which is veritably significant to us.

How did Starfish accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

They’re super organized and always set with a consultative access, which I ponder is the right way to go. They ask lots of questions and get feedback, and they know who to go to for approval on different things in order to set work.

Then, they come back with concepts and ideas and walk us through the total design review process. When it’s time to execute, they do that in a very organized, calendar-driven way, which is veritably helpful.

We have weekly project status calls, but the superiority of our interaction is via email. We use phone and schedule in-person meetings, but those are much harder to order, just logistically speaking.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

They’re incredibly keen. Lots of places can do good design or prepare good copywriting. With David and his team, it’s clear that they’ve been almost the stop. I came up in advertising as well, and it’s plain to me that David has been in advertising for decades and veritably knows what he’s talking almost.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

Unless they wanted to give us things for free, I veritably don’t have any criticisms.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

The most significant thing as a client is to do some of your own pondering. Price matters, but you have to ponder almost what your goals are. Be prompt to come to the meeting prepared, owing their team is big at making those kinds of determinations, but it has to be a two-way street.
