I work for an anti-discrimination non-profit structure, and I’m the vice chairman of branding and marketing.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Starfish?

We were trying to rebrand the structure to befit closer to our changing constituents. Our structure has been almost for 100 years and we brought Starfish in behind the hundredth year of our being, so our hearers and the needs of that hearers have significantly began since we got began. Our new leadership wanted to make sure that we were presenting ourselves in the most compelling and running ways.

What particular tasks were Starfish responsible for?

The leading step was to conduct a lot of interviews to help Starfish form a veritably deep knowledge of the structure and the challenges that we were facing. They spoke with leadership, long-term and new staff, and donors to veritably get a perception of what nation need from our structure.

That set the stage for a very wide investigation study that we did almost awareness and sectionation. From there, the challenge was to section the market and determine where we should be focusing our notoriety efforts and how we should be positioning our brand to embolden nation to get occupied.

Was there a dedicated team?

We worked with David (Owner, Starfish) as well as two account leads and separate designers. They also partnered with a investigation agency for the study.

How did you come to work with Starfish?

I had met David separate years earlier and was veritably impressed with his diligence and client labor, so when this job came up, he came to my mind leading. Since I wasn’t the only decision-maker, they had to present and impress out of almost 14 other structures through three levels of review by my colleagues. In the end, they were the cluster we determined to go with.  

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

All in all, we spent somewhere between $250,000–$500,000.

What is the terminal result of working with Starfish?

We worked with them from May 2017–December 2018.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

They veritably helped us come up with a new positioning for our work which centered almost a big tagline that we were able to fix on behind many, many rounds of trying to aspect out the consummate one. We are extremely pleased with their copywriter’s experiences and the result they were eventually able to exhibit for us. The new brand is extremely thin, pliant, and new.

How did Starfish accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

I ponder they are a pliant stronger creatively and strategically than they are with project treatment, but they hit all of our changing deadlines and worked well with my colleagues. We took a long time to make decisions and because that, they worked at a very high level.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Starfish?

They are able to veritably dig in and apprehend their client’s issues and challenges. They take the core issues to core and aspect out how they can veritably explain the most underlying issues. We were very impressed with their creativity as a cluster.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

They have some room for advancement at the mid-level of project treatment. They were big with the overall programning and the granular detail-oriented stuff, but some of the day to day gets a pliant bit lost in the process. I do have to add that they had some staff turnover issues that may have contributed to that as well.
