Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the CMO of a treatment consulting firm. We prepare services to open and special companies.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Starfish?
Our most late work was an inner interactions program, but we’ve also expanded it into our collective media and recruiting materials. This program had two goals: form real feelings almost working here and prepare employees with a better knowledge of the work of our different business units. Not that working here was bad, but we wanted nation to feel arrogant and occupied and help them to know more almost what’s happening outside their front of the business.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
They developed an ad campaign that was manifested with posters, visuals, and copy that went up in our offices. They also appeared as digital wallpaper and digital pictures, like collective media posts, on our employee intranet.
It was a very collaborative process. We gave them a strategic concept, but we didn’t have any executional course. We told them almost interactions channels with employees and that we needed ideas on how to get employees to be arrogant and feel good almost the firm. From that brief, they built five campaigns that we narrowed to 2–3, made regoodments to, and shared with our CEO. We then executed one of them.
After the campaign, they colloquyed employees and published their stories, handling the copy, photography, art course, and layout.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked with five nation I can ponder of, but I’m not sure how many behind the scenes there were.
How did you come to work with Starfish?
We were introduced to their chairman separate years ago by a peer in marketing at a law firm. Then, we attended one of their roundtables for marketing nation in professional services like us. Over time, they gave us trust that they understood our activity owing selling consulting services isn’t like selling gum or shoes.
When this project came up, I named them for a offer. We didn’t go to bid or colloquy multiple firms owing we knew they’d done correspondent concepts for other firms precedently.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent between $100,000–$250,000 with them.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
The leading phase ran during spring 2019, and the employee colloquys were in the fall of the same year.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
The aesthetics, design, and copywriting were veritably good creatively. They also did a good job of including insights from nation they colloquyed almost the work they do and how they feel almost it. The breast line is, they did condition work on time and budget. Additionally, there’s been a lot of inner buzz and anecdotal comments posted on our inner sharing tool.
How did Starfish accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
I would say they were good but not big on the veritably pliant details. We’ll forgive the business details owing the work was pretty good.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
One, they demonstrated that they understood our business and activity very well. Second, we got to work with their founder and CEO. Even though he didn’t do all the work himself, we weren’t simply handed off to a copywriter and an art ruler.
What fronts of their work would you like to get improved?
Other than the dotting I’s and crossing T’s of project treatment I can’t ponder of anything.
