What challenge were you trying to address with Starfish?

We had an pressing need to repair pilots for our organisation. We needed help to amend our marketing efforts to hire pilots and keep existing employees so we can last our growth and galvanize our team during a time of expressive change.

What particular tasks were Starfish responsible for?

I named Starfish in for an RFP on very brief notice. They had only 18 hours notice and quiet turned it almost in time. Within a week of signing our contract, we hit the ground running to educe a digital marketing strategy to market the pilot job. At the same time, Starfish prepared an employee value statement for us. They also built a WordPress website for us.

We worked closely with David (Founder &, CEO, Starfish), a dedicated project ruler, and a dedicated account ruler. I know that our team worked with other projects, but they were so answering in working closely with us that it felt like a dedicated team.

How did you come to work with Starfish?

At a antecedent organisation, I was a stakeholder during a design project that Starfish ran.
