Please find under a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.
Introductory information
Please draw your structure.
We are the People',s Choice Awards, which is one of the annual Hollywood assign show freedoms.
What is your position?
I am the VP of digital.
Desired goal
What business challenge were you trying to address with Stuzo?
We',ve been working with them for separate years. The initial engagement was almost a particular Facebook application we wanted to educe almost the televised show separate years ago having to do with fan engagement and integrating fans through collective media into the developed telecast. Since then, we',ve done separate other projects with them. The most late was a major revamp of our voting application for the assign show.
Provided solution
Please draw the aim of their involvement in detail.
It starts with an soon inception strategy and creative conversation almost what the new features and functionality would be and continues all the way through to creative design, educement, QA [condition arrogance], handoff, and so on. So, the complete lifecycle for new fruit educement for our website and collective media, depending on what the project was. At the time, collective apps were more prevalent when we began out with the Facebook application. Since then, the centre has been more almost new enhancements and features for our website.
We were introduced to them by Procter &, Gamble, the owners of the People',s Choice Awards freedom. Stuzo was an agency that some of the other Procter &, Gamble brands had occupied with on other projects. They pitched for the project we had in mind at the time, and we liked what they had presented. We were lucky with their work and continued the relationship. The aim grew from there.
Could you prepare a perception of the size of this start in financial provisions?
It cost between $200,000 and $1 million for all the projects.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
Currently, we aren',t working on anything with them. But, as we access our peak period anew in the fall, we',ll likely re-engage for some enhancements. There',s always ongoing livelihood work.
Results achieved
Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?
I can',t veritably share stats, but we had a lot of feedback that this experience was much sleeker and a much-improved voting experience. Our complete centre is almost the voting experience for the consumers during our peak period. Knowing we succeeded there was a big win. The process was streamlined, and we introduced a answering design. It works very consistently athwart multiple platforms. We',ve gotten a lot of big feedback on that. It was nice to have a revamped platform with all the latest and bigest, making sure that see vote is tracked well, and we know precisely where it',s coming from. We didn',t see any effects with scaling. We',re able to feel the different volumes that come in at different times throughout peak period seamlessly.
How did Stuzo accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Stuzo did pretty well. The one point of debility was on the project treatment side owing they had some transitions internally with that role. There were things that slipped through the cracks a couple times. We have a lot of project treatment expertise on our end, so we were able to shepherd things through and make sure things did not get lost in the confuse. They are conscious of it and have addressed that effect. To be fair, this was only an effect on the latest project. It wasn',t that way for see project.
What distinguishes Stuzo from other preparers?
I esteem that Stuzo acknowledges the client',s expertise. When we come with our ideas, they hear. Some agencies will take that they know best and will want to push their agendas. I esteem that they come to the table open and ready to collaborate to come up with the best practicable solutions and execute agreeably. They make sure all the goods are being leveraged as well as practicable.
Is there anything Stuzo could have improved or done differently?
The project treatment piece was the main thing. Anything else that would have been improved would have been improved as a result of stronger project treatment. Having said that, seething went off without a stick. Everything was delivered on time and to spec. It did work out well in the end, and they addressed that debility mid-project so we were quiet able to have a lucky propel.
