What business challenge were you trying to address with
We needed to update our marketing strategy, our marketing lore, and educe a marketing campaign expertise.

They did a full review of our access to market. Then, they educeed a strategy to access target prospects and existing clients with fruit marketing campaigns or market section campaigns. They helped us educe the artwork, layout, and verbiage and the campaign treatment within our ERP [enterprise resource programning] method named NetSuite. We',re working on our third and fourth campaigns now. The collective media work will be potentially next. We identified where the opportunities were in our marketplace. They courtly our interaction. They took time to apprehend what the occasion was so we could liberate the right interaction to them.
How did you come to work with
One of my antecedent business associates had done some work with Symbiont Group and wonderfully recommended them. We had meetings with them and went through their access. We did a smaller project leading and were very lucky with the results, and then we signed up for the larger project.

It',s a six-figure engagement. We',re spending more than $100,000.

It',s ongoing. We signed a retainer for 12 months. It includes multiple starts – five email marketing campaigns and brand-specific projects.

There',s a lot of feedback from the structure and clients on the marketing campaigns. We didn',t have a history of outbound marketing, so we',re starting from scratch. We have noticed an advancement in our clients', awareness of the fruits and services we prepare. Much of the feedback we are getting in our phone campaign is, ",I didn',t know you carried that.", We know it',s had an contact on the awareness. The arrogance is that it will better our opportunities to grow the business. We have a long sales cycle, so we haven',t seen an proximate uplift.
Symbiont Group accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
It',s pretty firm. Part of the challenge we have is we don',t have a marketing section, so they work as our marketing section. I wanted them to act like an inner section. Some of their challenges implicated bringing up the level of marketing awareness with other sections who haven',t dealt with marketing sections precedently. They were managing their part very well.

They have a lot of experience, and they interface with us very well. They',re resigned with pulling us through the learning curve of marketing activities. We',ve enjoyed working with them and are picking up a lot from them. What distinguishes them is they',re not hard to deal with. They',re very pliant. They',re a good organisation to work with.
