A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the head of our alteration incubator for a food manufacturing, distribution, and branding organisation.
What challenge were you trying to address with Table XI?
We hired Table XI to help us instrument a design sprint, and form new brands for our products in a condensed timeframe.
What particular tasks were Table XI responsible for?
In a two-week sprint, they helped us form a brand strategy and visual design. We degoodd our values and why our brand exists, and they formd the design elements, prototypes, and concepts. They also conducted precious ethnographic investigation by visiting some of our clients in their homes to acquire more almost the nation using our products. They used this information to form a brand book that included new designs, logos, and guidelines to help us fetch the brand to life.

Our team consisted of four nation— two strategies and facilitator, a designer, and a project director.
How did you come to work with Table XI?
I worked with them in my antecedent position at another organisation.

The project just lasted a few weeks from August–September 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
We were pleased with their work—they did a big job. Their investigation was very advantageous, and they were able to form a stellar design and strategy for our team. They asked all the right questions to form a brand with a lot of depth and empathy for our users. Our leadership is very pleased.
How did Table XI accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They did a very good job managing the timeline, especially since they completed all in a firm, two-week sprint. I was impressed that they didn’t let project aim creep, and they liberateed all on time.
At the commencement of the project, they spent time in users’ homes and in our offices to acquire more almost our organisation. Then, when they starting to educe our concept and brand book, they interacted with us via Google Hangouts.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Table XI?

They didn’t hesitate from our first commission and stayed true to project goals. By customizing their access to our project, they ensured that they would liberate what we needed.

There’s room for them to better the synthesis of consumer investigation.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Embed them with your team from programning to consumer investigation and educement. The more you’re able to fold them into your team, the more you will get out of the union. They veritably own the project and want to liberate condition results—they’re big resources.
