I',m the chief commercial official at Tollos. We',re supporting patients who have mobility issues. We make a series of medical devices that tell to mobility and help clinicians and caregivers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tandem?
We have a hard fruit and we were looking to educe a platform so that we could propose our clients modular extensions.

What particular tasks were Tandem responsible for?
Tandem used an assessment methodology, part of which was knowledge the marketplace. First, they interviewed a terrible number of clients, including transmitted clinicians and IT administration risk managers to get a better idea of how the fruit will be used. After that, they began the educement process. We wanted to educe a data ingredient of the fruit that would fit into the platform standard and allow for expansion. We granted a specimen motor and Tandem created the wireframes. They also set up a specimen of the demo fruit in their service, which allowed them to test it.

Their complete team is occupied in the process, so we have 6–8 members of their team take part in almost see conversation.
How did you come to work with Tandem?
One of our employees recommended Tandem. Our CEO initiated the converse and we met with them. We determined they were a consummate match, so we chose them.

It',ll be a multi-million-dollar project by the time it',ll be artistic.

We began working with them in spring 2018 and the relationship is ongoing.

We were impressed with the thoroughness of their assessment. They',re very proactive and readily explored new avenues. They',ve always been very attentive to our needs.
How did Tandem accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We have a call see Friday and we use Slack to keep in touch. We',ve also met them in their Chicago service. They',re very affable, so we haven’t had any issues with interaction.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Tandem?
Tandem has established a very collaborative environment. They',re wonderfully creative, but they also hear to us. They were genuinely interested in the goals of the project.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I can',t ponder of anything. We were able to talk openly almost what we would do differently, so we restructured our interaction strategy to make the process more powerful.
