Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the ruler of marketing for OnSIP. We’re a business phone labor provider. We connect client’s phones to the outside globe and give them features like tonemail boxes, menu tools, etc.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Tanj?

We were launching an app to connect with our users on a different level. To do this successfully, we needed to hire a team to help us form a name. Our goal was to have a name that resonates with our target hearers and encourages them to sign up for our labors.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were Tanj responsible for?

The leading thing they did for us was a deep dive into our business as a total and the competitive landscape we’re in. They took the time to apprehend the value of our app, who our target hearers was, and the type of accost we needed to have. After figuring out the tone our brand has, they began brainstorming options.

The leading circular of deliverables was based on feedback we gave their team almost existing names and our fruit overall. We told them which options resonated with our business and they moved in that course for the next circular of names. Tanj presented a list of 20 names for the second circular and then formd a more concentrated terminal package for us to select from. They researched all of the names to fix they were useful and had no issues attached—they also granted full exprogramations of each name’s signification and history.

What is the team compound?

Scott (Founder &, Managing Director, Tanj) and Jesse (Senior Namer &, Copywriter, Tanj) were my main points of touch during the project.

How did you come to work with Tanj?

My helper located possible companies and Tanj made a good leading impression on us. Since we didn’t know how to come up with a good name, we wanted a organisation whose own name stood out. They asked all the right questions during our initial converse and seemed like the most skilled team.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We spent acircular $20,000.

What is the terminal result of working with Tanj?

We worked unitedly from December 2018–January 2019.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

We haven’t done a commercial push for the new name yet, so we don’t have any hard data. Though, my organisation’s initial reaction to the name was fantastic and reassured me that we made the right determination with Tanj. All of the real feedback has been a succor.

How did Tanj accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

During our calls, we’d have customary checkpoints for seeone to debate. We were kept informed throughout the project. They paid close observation to our team and understood precisely what we needed from them. All of our feedback was listened to and implemented into their process.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Tanj?

I was delighted with the exprogramations they granted for each name. The thin observation to detail almost see front of the project made them a big associate. The way they painted a picture of what each name would look like for our business was appreciated. As beginners in the naming process, Tanj went at our despatch and prioritized our needs.

What fronts of their work would you like to get improved?

I was fully satisfied with our engagement so there’s nothing I’d commend they change.
