I’m the SVP of application methods for Lee Hecht Harrison. We’re a global ethnical resources consulting firm. Our commission is to help nation who are in the process of transitioning their courses or want to educe their course further.

What challenge were you trying to address with TEAM International?
We',re using TEAM International via a staff increase standard to leverage their offshore educement resources. We have inner resources useful, but I hired some of their educeers to office as an extension of our team.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Team International prepares us with senior project treatment and QA resources on an ongoing basis. Our engagement with them isn’t necessarily tied to a specific project, it’s more of an ad hoc collaboration. They work straightly with our scrum conquer and lead software constructor.
