I’m a ruler for a nonprofit membership community for health care professionals. We propose numerous products, events, and advocacy services to our over 100,000 members.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Tenet Partners?
We had a house of 35 inner brands and 69 ingredients, each with sole branding. Members gave us feedback that they valued the benefits we granted, but frequently had a hard to identifying that these benefits were granted by the union, many didn’t companion each ingredient with our wide structure and had trouble navigating our communities as a result. We determined to fetch the structure below a branded house that articulates our value to members in a more affable way.

What particular tasks were Tenet Partners responsible for?
Tenet Partners helped us create our brand architectures and helped us explain our visual and oral brand challenges.
They began by doing an audit and assessment of our running brand and brand platform. They then organized a brand architecture workshop with key stakeholders from our structure and ingredient structures. The workshop was to enlighten the forthcoming visual and oral architecture of our brands. Once we determined what that would look like, they designed the visual method that would support the brand architecture.
Tenet Partners also created the union’s new logo along with the logos, brand guidelines, and brand goods for 40 of our sections and chapters.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Tenet Partners has excelled at educeing the logo suites for our chapters and sections that select to align with the brand. Their team is very good at staying on top of multiple projects happening at once with multiple stakeholders. Our inner team is very lucky with their work.
How did Tenet Partners accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They’ve done an excellent job. We have a weekly check-in meeting over the phone, and we adjoin customaryly through email and Basecamp to handle our projects.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Tenet Partners?
Their professional can-do posture stands out the most. Tenet Partners also isn’t a huge agency. Their team is approachable and easy to work with. We feel like we can rely on them as a associate that supports us.
