As Creative Director Bradley ensures the Think it First team adds value and visibility to clients of all size. His design sensibilities are heavily inspired by traditional print design and a deep love for typography. Equipped with a unique blend of marketing and an award-winning design skillset Bradley brings great ideas to life through multiple forms of visual media. He leads his team to approach projects with a fresh conceptual take consistently knocking down communication barriers to get the message across to the right audience.
Bradley first earned his Bachelors in Food Marketing from Saint Josephs University and then attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia where he graduated with the honor "Best portfolio in Graphic Design." Before starting Think it First he spent 7 years building a thriving personal design and marketing consultancy.
In his spare time Bradley plays drums in two Philadelphia area rock bands and enjoys the curious city of Philadelphia often stepping out to see other musicians doing their thing.
As a founding Partner Joe brings over 12 years of Sales and Marketing experience to the Think it First executive team. Joes firm foundation in business development and sophistication managing multi-million dollar accounts provide a grounded results-driven approach to the creative space.
Across a variety of industries Joe has envisioned the opportunities and lived the challenges of business. As the face of Think it First above all he believes in the importance of client relationships. Joe is pivotal in putting the unique skills of his team to work mixing the best of strategy design and technology to help clients achieve their business goals quicker than expected.
When not managing the Think it First book of business Joe enjoys a solid round of golf and spending time with his wife Lauren and his 3 year old son Joey.
With undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Fine Art and a Masters Degree in Information Science Jamie is a modern day Renaissance man. Point is he knows a little bit about a lot of different things. This helps him see your business from a holistic perspective to make sure that your target audience receives the exact experience you want. Jamie has his hands in all kinds of technologies from mobile to apps to social media to APIs... really everything having to do with what the kids these days are calling "the internet."
Before co-founding Think it First Jamie was the head of Creative Services for a large digital advertising agency overseeing a team of 30 interactive designers developers as they created online campaigns for some of the worlds most influential brands including: Ford Intel Apple WalMart Unilever and more.
Jamie used to be interested in skiing travel and fantasy sports -- but he has a six year old son -- so now he is interested in t-ball legos and how to train your dragon.

Think it First operates out of an open office in Wayne PA where jeans and whiteboards outnumber polo shirts and spreadsheets and big ideas are often born from simply talking out loud.
