Joe currently serves as Division President Employment Solutions for TransForce Group which covers dedicated driver workforce management specialized staffing services and direct hire services. He joined TransForce in 1999 as the General Manager of the Alexandria branch and was appointed Director of Operations for the company in 2005 and SVP in 2006. Joe leads the largest division for TransForce Group and has been instrumental in the companys evolution. He has led and implemented more than 10 crucial acquisitions resulting in consistent double-digit growth and market expansion.
Prior to joining TransForce Joe spent seven years as the General Manager for The Airport Connection where he logistically operated the ground transportation for the Baltimore Washington International Airport.
Joe is a Towson State/Widener graduate with a degree in Business Management.
Paul Braswell joined TransForce in September 2015 as Vice President of Recruiting and Retention and in August of 2018 was promoted into his current role. Paul shares the responsibility of managing the Field Operations of our 60+ – branch network and is responsible for all driver recruiting efforts and the associated partner relationship management. Additionally he has responsibility for developing and managing our programs and initiatives which enhance the retention of our most valuable resource our drivers.
Prior to joining TransForce in 2015 Paul enjoyed an accomplished 29-year career in the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry while working for Watkins Motor Lines FedEx Freight and most recently Estes Express Lines. Paul served in numerous operational and sales management capacities on both local and regional levels while based in Greenville SC Memphis Charlotte Baltimore and Harrisburg.
Paul graduated from Valdosta State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management.
Andrew joined TransForce in April of 2018 as Director of Compliance and Safety. Andrew has over 10 years in the Transportation Industry with a strong focus on DOT Compliance and Safety. As the Director of Compliance and Safety Andrew is responsible for TransForces compliance with all Department of Transportation regulations. He works closely with the 60+ TransForce branch offices across the country to ensure that the services provided to our clients are the highest quality. In addition Andrew conducts driver safety meetings and works closely with our clients safety departments to ensure all TransForce drivers are safe and compliant at all times. He manages all safety and compliance services provided by TransForce.
Andrew is a former CVSA inspector with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol and is still an active industry member of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance. Andrew also serves as an active committee member of the American Trucking Associations Safety Management Council.
Chris Cox joined TransForce in 2014 with the acquisition of Best Drivers as the District Vice President of Georgia and Alabama. In 2017 Chris was promoted to his current role and has expanded his territory to also include Texas Oklahoma Louisiana and East Tennessee. He is responsible for leading the region in all aspects of customer service sales and operations.
Prior to joining Best Drivers in 2008 Chris spent 12 years with Best Buy leading services and operations in multiple district and corporate management positions. With over 20 years of multi-unit leadership experience Chris has an exceptional track record of building and developing high performing teams.
Tom joined TransForce in 2001 as Regional Vice President for the Midwest. During Toms tenure with TransForce he has worked with managed and directed national sales national account development marketing new branch openings sales training and branch management on a regional level. Tom is currently Vice President of Sales responsible for supporting and managing four sales managers and growing a portfolio of national accounts.
Tom has spent four decades in the staffing industry with 13 years at Kelly Services as Director of the Industrial Division; and 11 years as Zone Vice President for Outsource International managing and directing over 25 branches in the Midwest generating over $300 million in annual revenue.
Tom spent five years of military service in the US Army and was honorably discharged in 1978.
Lisa joined TransForce Inc. in 2000 as Administrative Assistant and has held various positions including Operations Supervisor General Manager and Regional Director. She was promoted to Regional Vice President West in 2020. Lisa manages more than 500 drivers nine offices and sales and operations for her region which consists of CA NV OR WA AZ and the newly created California Dedicated region.
Lisa is also a US Army Veteran.
Melissa Rogers joined TransForce in September 2015 as General Manager of the Nashville branch. In July 2017 Melissa was promoted to Regional Director assuming additional responsibilities over the Memphis TN Jackson MS locations in addition to Nashville TN. In September 2019 Melissa was promoted into her current role as Regional Vice President with responsibilities in Nashville Memphis Jackson Louisville Saint Louis and Kansas City. Melissa is responsible for managing the full scope of recruiting operations and sales in seven locations within the TransForce branch network. She takes pride in developing key performance metrics within her region with a strong focus on customer satisfaction employee engagement and most importantly ensuring the needs of our drivers are met and their expectations exceeded.
Prior to joining TransForce in 2015 Melissa worked with CEVA Logistics for 11 years in the automotive industry working closely with General Motors Chrysler and most recently Nissan North America. Melissa credits her time with CEVA for developing a strong understanding of the transportation industry with a specialized focus on tailoring business models to clients needs while maintaining low cost through Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives.
Shannon Bolan entered the staffing industry in 1997 and is currently a Regional Vice President with TransForce the industry leader in truck driver staffing. She is responsible for all aspects of operations and customer satisfaction in Eastern Georgia Northern Florida North Carolina South Carolina and Southern Virginia.
Shannon joined the TransForce team as a part of the acquisition of Best Drivers where she was the Regional Manager for Florida and South Carolina. She is an active Board Member with the Florida Staffing Association and has served on the Membership and Safety Committees of the Florida Trucking Association. Previously Shannon held various positions (Branch Manager Division Manager and VP of Operations) during a 13-year tenure with General Personnel Consultants. Prior to entering the staffing industry Shannon spent 14 years in distribution operations management.
Giovanni joined TransForce in 2015 as General Manager to open the first organically grown offices in Florida (Miami and Orlando areas specifically). He was promoted to Regional Director in 2016 and ran the Tampa branch and successfully opened branches in West Palm Beach (2018) and Miami (2019).
He has 15 years of leadership experience prior to joining TransForce with a strong focus on management and sales. Giovanni is a United States Marine Veteran.
Ian joined TransForce in 2009 as General Manager for the Reading PA branch. He quickly added Harrisburg PA (2011) and Philadelphia PA and Newark NJ (2013) to his responsibilities. Due to his success and additional duties Ian was promoted to Regional Director in 2013 and then to Northeast Regional Vice President in 2019 managing Baltimore and all of New England. To-date Ian manages 9 branches 500+ drivers and 24 office staff members.
Prior to TransForce he worked at Central Transport Trucking as an Operations Supervisor from 2002-2009. Ian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania.
Chuck joined TransForce in April 2008 as General Manager. He has also held the positions of District Manager Regional Sales Manager Director of National Accounts Regional Vice President and was appointed to Vice President Market Development in January 2020. Chuck currently oversees the companys new market growth initiatives supports National Account Development and assists with Account Executive sales training.
Prior to joining TransForce he spent 25 years in the Electric Utility and Manufacturing industries in key management roles: merger and acquisition team lead fleet maintenance fleet life-cycle analysis supply chain management and production routing in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Chuck is a Radford University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing.
