The team successfully automated many data processes, improving the accuracy and scope of data collection. Trianz was professional and willing to work over time. They were very experienced and continually improving, although could have benefited from a set project manager.
The team was very knowledgeable and are experts in the field. Trianz provided informal, post-project support, and never went over budget or deadlines. They were great at laying out options and providing pros and cons for ease of decision making.
