I am the CEO of Medical Billing Concepts. We began in 1992, and we prepare medical billing and consulting labors to local physicians and medical groups in the Los Angeles area.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with TruAdvantage?
We were working with a client named Southern California Gastroenterology, which has almost 20 locations. They',re expanding into Northern California as well, and we needed to find a common IT vendor that could effectively labor those new locations.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
TruAdvantage prepared all-inclusive IT labors to those new locations, which included help desk support. They were very sole in their apprehension of the health care sector, and were able to make sure that all was compliant with the Health Insurance Portpower and Accountpower Act (HIPAA). In total, they were servicing between 25 and 50 users.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
As I mentioned, their power to preemptively quit errors/setbacks that would contact the organisation’s workflow. Compared to some of the vendors I work with locally, TruAdvantage veritably does a big job with this.
How did TruAdvantage accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Their interaction was very efficient. I can extend them reliably via phone or chat, so there haven’t been any issues there. They also have translation labors for those who might need them.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
The ease of interaction and their apprehension of healthcare-specific IT labors were very forcible. Their help with EMR methods and HIPAA yielding was extremely helpful.
