Our organisation had cell phone bills that were out of control, so we began looking for a vendor to handle our cell phone accounts.

What particular tasks were Unity Communications responsible for?

They did a big job managing our account and care our monthly costs low. They establish the best programs for us and came up with quarterly reports to make sure we were at the best cost point. We wanted to fix we responded to all the effects that users were having. Unity Communications was able to take a lot of the low-tier calls for us so that we could assemble on higher-tier calls.

I mainly worked with Patrick (Founder and CEO, Unity Communications), our account handler, and a couple of their leads. 

How did you come to work with Unity Communications?

I did some investigation and came athwart their name, so I named them.

We began working with them in September 2012, and the project was completed in 2015.

They were able to take care of our needs. They',re very attentive and client-focused. If there was an effect, they responded fastly. I',d surely commend them.

They were very professional and ready to apprehend our business. Also, they',re big interactors and let us know almost practicable delays. We usually used phone calls to stay in touch.
