They feel all inbound client labor calls, taking and processing the credit card information, answers emails, and updates all of our collective media websites. They feel all our back service invoices with suppliers and partners. I can pretty much leave them alone and I know my business runs smoothly.

We have 1 rep that reports to me straightly. She has 1 director and a project co-ordinator for other tasks. We have only needed 1 individual for our organisation.
