Executive Chairman
George began his career with USC Consulting Group in 1978 as a project consultant in operations. Over time his responsibilities grew with appointments to project manager operations manager business development executive and regional manager/analyst. George became a partner in 1989 an executive partner in 1995 a senior partner in 1999 president in 2006 and CEO in 2010. George transitioned to Executive Chairman in 2020.
George oversees governance of all aspects of the enterprise including strategy finance operations and business development. He also works closely with the investment community including private equity and investment banking to assess opportunities for growth and value enhancement. George is ultimately responsible for all management decisions and for implementing USCCGs long and short term plans.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Rick a certified ISO auditor joined USC Consulting Group in 1981. He is responsible for identifying and determining the value of potential operational improvements putting together a team and laying out an approach according to a predetermined schedule.
Before assuming his present duties of overseeing all business operations Rick served USCCG in the highest level of management in the areas of operations analysis and sales/business acquisition. He graduated from California University with a BA in Administration/Management and a minor in Economics.
Senior Vice President amp; Director of Operations
Ted began his career in operations with USC Consulting Group in 1988. After progressing through the ranks from project consultant to senior operations manager he was made a partner in the firm in 2005 and made executive partner in 2010. Ted was promoted to his current position senior vice president and director of operations in 2020.
Ted handles USCCGs planning and staffing. Hes also the one responsible for on-time on-budget delivery of products and services to our clients.
Senior Vice President Business Development
David began his career with USC Consulting Group in 1990. He was promoted to senior regional manager in 2003 made a partner in the firm in 2005 and executive partner in 2010 and assumed his current duties in 2020.
Davids primary responsibility is directing and managing our sales organization. He helps USCCG attract grow and retain its clients. David offers more than 30 years of experience in delivery analysis and sales management. He also brings a vast knowledge of numerous industrial sectors including chemical food processing healthcare manufacturing packaging pharmaceuticals pulp and paper and warehousing and distribution.
Senior Vice President amp; Managing Director Global Mining amp; Metals Practice
David started with USC Consulting Group in 1986. He was promoted to senior regional manager in 1999 made a partner in the firm in 2001 and executive partner in 2014 and assumed his current duties in 2020.
As senior vice president and managing director of USCCGs Global Mining and Metals practice he is responsible for managing the team charged with attracting growing and retaining new mining and metals clients across the globe. His group identifies and reliably delivers operational improvements at targeted ROIs.
Vice President amp; Chief Financial Officer
Chris a Florida Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant studied at Florida State University where he earned both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting. Prior to joining USC in 2013 Chris worked for Price Waterhouse and Coopers amp; Lybrand as both an auditor and consultant. He has also held various senior level finance and accounting leadership positions across numerous industries including metals healthcare pulp and paper and food distribution. Chris was promoted to Vice President of Finance amp; Administration in 2015 became a partner in 2017 and then promoted to his current position in 2019.
Currently Chris is responsible for leading all aspects of the firms finance accounting and administrative functions reporting directly to the President and CEO. He also acts as company liaison with external auditors tax consultants lending institutions and sits on the investment committee for the firms profit sharing and 401k plan.
Vice President amp; Senior Account Executive
Susan joined USC Consulting Group in 2007 and was made a partner in 2018.
As a senior account executive she has successfully built a track record developing and maintaining USCCGs long-term client relationships both in North America and globally. For the last 13 years her clients have benefited from her extensive experience in management operating systems lean manufacturing asset performance management inventory control cost reduction and project management especially in the mining and metals industry.
Vice President amp; Senior Operations Manager
Ron joined USC Consulting Group in 2006 as a Project Consultant in Operations. Ron was promoted to Senior Operations Manager in 2015 and made Partner in the firm in 2018.
As a Senior Operations Manager Ron is responsible for insuring delivery of projected operational and financial improvements in the course of managing multiple client engagements across Africa Asia Europe and North America. Additional responsibilities include attracting and retaining new clients across the globe.
