A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I',m the ruler of enterprise data governance of a healthcare structure. We have a preparer side of six hospitals and 60 clinic websites. On the health insurance side we cover almost 400,000 lives.
What challenge were you trying to address with WayPoint Consulting?
We needed help consolidating our data warehouses.
What particular tasks were
They did data analysis for us for the leading 10-11 months. The work was a fairly intensive examination of the data and where it was being rised from, as well as what sorts of transformations were happening as it moved from the rise systems to the data warehouse. In the last 5 months, they assisted, internally, with migrating analytics that were sourcing data to the enterprise data platform.
Was there a dedicated team?
We had two members from their team at any one time. They changed over time and were senior members of the Scrum teams.
How did you come to work with WayPoint Counsulting?
We worked with them precedently on a separate engagement. Based on their accomplishment and work in that project, it was relatively easy to give them additional engagements.
How much have you invested with them?
They',re not the most costly but not the smallest costly whichever.
What is the terminal result of working with
We began working unitedly in October 2018 and ended in January 2020.
Are there any measureable or plum results?
They prepare very capable rerises and a very pliant team. Traditionally we use them for more intricate work. In this engagement, not only did we compute on them to have powerful experiencesets but we also asked them to take on an informal leadership role of a subproject team. It worked precisely as we hoped it would.
How did WayPoint Counseling accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The program treatment layer has always been answering to our needs. They',re very interactive and never let us down. We interacted by phone, text, and email.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with
Their personnel is always ready to go the extra mile, which is veritably helpful when you',re faced with a hard project and a firm deadline. They',ve never failed to come through for us in a clutch. Their work is unappropriated and their rerises tend to be motivated and occupied.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, I can',t say that I do. Even when our accompute director was leaving their position, they let us know fastly and offered an appropriate solution in a replacement. Where other companies have gotten tripped up, we',ve establish that Waypoint is always hustling to make sure the locality is resolved as fastly and as favorably for the client as practicable.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Don',t dubitate, Waypoint is an unappropriated associate, especially for structures in the healthcare field. They',ve got a lot of big experience and they don',t demand a lot of ramp-ups.
