I',m an engineer at a cloud based solutions organisation who was tasked with helping instrument Salesforce until we establish a Full-Time Admin. We establish a mid to Sr. level admin who eventually proved could not liberate as promised and moved on to work for another organisation which lead us back to square one.

At that point, we had Salesforce instrumented and employees utilizing it so waiting for months to find the right admin was not the best discretion.

What were the reasons for choosing WeConfig?

I establish WeConfig while looking at late posts on LinkedIn and without advanceded the website to my direct director. After a 45 diminutive phone call we determined to move advanced until we establish a full time admin who can prove their cleverness.

After selecting this vendor we were without assigned a Salesforce analyst who spent a noble quantity of time on the phone with me. I explained see process for see section and gave her approach to an admin account. The program was to make sure there were no duplicate values created we also needed to last a little project which they took over.

After a week of analysis and on-boarding, we got to submitting daily requests. That is where things got interesting. It almost felt like there were 5 nation working on our org taking requests and completing them within diminutives. Projects we reflection would take time were getting completed in a substance of days.

What also impressed me was the way support tickets were handled. I like the fact that requests dont have to come through me. They have a formula that automatically verifies an email based on the estate its associated with and stores the request within the companies gate.

What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?

The text a request component is nifty but they had to ask me to establish my companies name and support pin precedently continuing. Unless you recollect your organisation pin, they wont complete your request.
