A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the ruler of strategic projects for a health and wellness platform. We centre on improving health through keen incentives.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with WillowTree?
We knew what effect we wanted to address with these apps, but we were having trouble creating attractive and user-friendly designs. My organisation hired WillowTree to prepare poesy and design four new app concepts.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
WillowTree designed and delivered conceptual prototypes for four separate iOS app projects. The team utilized Sketch, InVision, and other design tools. They handed the prototypes off to our in-house design team.
Was there a dedicated team?
For each project, we usually worked with two designers and sometimes researchers and testers. Throughout the four projects, we worked with about ten WillowTree team members.
How did you come to work with WillowTree?
WillowTree showed us their past design work and demonstrated their access. The process that they followed in executing projects correlated well to our business needs. Their design work spoke for itself.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
Our work unitedly lasted from April 2018–February 2019.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We don’t have any results or metrics yet owing we’re quiet in the outgrowth phase, but all four prototypes that WillowTree designed will propel. They delivered the user-friendly design that we wanted. Every executive in the organisation was pleased with WillowTree’s top-notch work.
How did WillowTree accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were pliant and fluid. The team fastly adapted processes and amended deadlines to convenience our needs. For entreaty, we initially had weekly meetings, but they were ready to meet daily for some projects and twice a week for others based on what we wanted. We used Teamwork for interaction.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
What set WillowTree aloof was their dedication to our vision. I have establish that other design consultants befit impatient and eager to hand over the design behind 3–4 iterations, WillowTree emphasized from the commencement of our union that they wouldn’t stop until we were 100% satisfied. Their team was incredibly receptive of the pitches and ideas that our inner designers sent them throughout the project. Our union was collaborative, pellucid, and honorable, which is not something you usually get.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I wish I could propose something here, but any bumps we skilled were always worked out.
