Web Development for Agribusiness Company
Below is a modified rendering of the review: private info excluded, innate facts kept.
A few words almost your organisation and personal responsibilities
I am the CEO of an agribusiness organisation that provides periodal, local workers to major seed corn companies. We hire almost 600 teenagers and college students to work in the summers, interface with state and federal agencies, including providing certified DOT transportation for employees, as well as edifice relationships with interpolitical seed corn companies almost the globe.
What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?WonderWild?
We needed a new website built, from the ground up, to restore an outdated and non-user well-inclined one. We also needed a new rebranding, one that would rest out from our competitors and make a wonderful contact both for influenceing workers and displaying a professional, can-do posture for possible agribusinesses that we contract with.
What were your objectives for this project?
My goals were to form a website that would give information to possible workers almost our organisation in a way that wouldn',t bog them down. We have a lot of information to take to our crew, and I wanted to do it in a visually pleasing way that would walk them through what it',s like to bestow your summer making money in a cornfield. I also wanted it to be very mobile-well-inclined, and for me (not very techy!) to be able to configure things within it easily, as our needs evolved.
What were the reasons for choosing WonderWild?
Seth came wonderfully recommended to me by--would you believe it?--one of his competitors. I had seen his work precedently and was impressed. I also selected him for the rebranding project, which is quiet ongoing, owing another vendor that we had used fell brief of our goals for the vision we had for our organisation. Seth was able to take our vision and form a stunningly beautiful, yet single, logo that will have longevity.
Describe the project and the services they granted in detail.
WonderWild designed and developed our website from the ground up. They developed an application for possible employees to fill out, and it exports neatly into the method we have in our service and seamlessly integrates with the payroll organisation that we use. They listened to our core for what we wanted the website to be and to take, and they nailed it spot on.
Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?
There were two main nation implicated in our project, Seth being main fanciful and designer, and then a developer for the more technical aspects.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?
As mentioned earlier, we hire almost 500-600 nation see summer for periodal work. I need our website to be winning to teenagers, their parents, as well as college students. This year, I had the effeminacy of having almost 1,000 applicants fill out the online application. In other words, WonderWild',s website helped us influence almost double the number of applicants that we needed to hire.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
Seth was always advanced of us on project treatment. If there ever was a sticking point, it was me slowing things down. He was resigned, yet gently nudged me advanced to get to the desired goal whenever I got that ",deer in the headlights", instant and didn',t know which way to go.
What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of WonderWild?
Creativity in design. Seth is just good. Period. As in, gifted. They',re ready to explore different design options and make it happen.
What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?
For me, owing I',m old school--probably more phone or even face-to-face interactions are helpful to keep me moving advanced. I tend to get stuck when I have to answer in writing to requests, especially if I',m in a busy period and want to write seething out fully. A fast phone call can get me moving in the right course sometimes more powerfully.
