I’m the founder and CEO of Pinnacle 21, a life sciences software organisation.

What challenge were you trying to address with Xhilarate?
We opened as a startup in 2011 and brought them on in 2012 owing we needed branding, a website revamp, and marketing indirect.

What particular tasks were Xhilarate responsible for?
When we leading occupied them, all we had was a minimalistic website and we needed seething else. They helped us programt a powerful, sole brand, propel a new website, and form tradeshow materials. Since then, they’ve done a lot of work for us over the years. Branding for our annual client conversation, an interactive fruit demo, photo and video shoots, and separate website revamps, to name a few.
Was there a dedicated team?
Michael is a co-founder and creative ruler, he’s the one we’ve worked with from the commencement. Depending on the project, other folks may get implicated, such as a full writer, photographer, video editor, etc. If they don’t have a genius in-house, they will fetch one in. For entreaty, we just shot a video almost our organisation and they brought in a drone operator to shoot our campus.

We brought them on board in January 2012, and it’s quiet ongoing. As the organisation grows and evolves, so does our brand and Xhilarate is helping us with all our creative needs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
I don’t have specific metrics but our website commerce has been going up see year. Our brand recollection is very high in the activity. And of order, there’s the “wow” factor, we take interminable compliments from our clients on how good seething looks. The new website we’re designing is the most ambitious we’ve done with them. It’s focused on recruiting and driving more candidates to adduce on our website, so we’ll have another metric to track soon.
How did Xhilarate accomplish from a project treatment restpoint?
They’ve done very well, working nights and weekends if they have to. It’s the reason we’ve been with them for seven years. They’re very answering and get things done.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Xhilarate?
Their access to partnering with us rests out. It’s like they’re an extension of our team, not a separate organisation. They make us part of the creative process with many checkins and idea sharing so we feel like we have a say in the course and can own and be arrogant of the end result owing it feels like “us”. What we veritably love is that they’re an idea machine. Xhilarate is constantly innovating and putting out ideas nonstop. They want us to rest out, so they’re always pushing us advanced based on investigation they’ve done into market trends.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I can’t ponder of anything. They always liberate what we need.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Give them space to do their creative thing. Don’t try to micromanage. Their end fruit is astounding.
