He focuses on writing clear well-documented maintainable code and enforcing standards and best practices.
Tien has a broad role in monitoring and analysing the current system of production to check its efficiency and working out a strategy for improvement. In addition to liaison with department leads Tien also presents findings to stakeholders as well as training and supervising new employees whilst tracking staff performance.
