Exadel created a custom built system that handles document distribution, shipment tracking, and digital asset management, while also integrating with existing third party tools, such as Dealer Extranet. Spyder uses this tool to manage receipts and distribute of order forms. The new system and integration enables Spyder to easily transfer and import confirmed orders into the ERP system.
Along with database integration,
Exadel developed a custom Windows application that auto-generates all dealer order forms. Taking the process from a few days to a few seconds. This allows for Spyder to fill and ship orders more efficiently. Since the implementation of this system, the order fulfillment process has been streamlined and Spyder has the internal processes to support its growth.
