Chris has served as Volkart Mays CEO and Managing Partner since 2008 Before taking the helm at Volkart May_ she spent the majority of her career in medical devices_ with global management roles in mergers and acquisitions_ marketing_ business development_ sales and clinical services at 3M Company She was VP Sales and Marketing for Graseby Inc_ a British medical device manufacturer She also served as General Manager for the Gynecology division of MedAmicus_ Inc and later as President of the BioMeasurement Division at Hutchinson Technology As an active member of Medical Alley_ Chris has served as co-chair of its Marketing Committee She is a past member and chair of the CEO Roundtable organization of small businesses in the Twin Cities Chris has a passion for business and marketing strategy_ especially in the healthcare and medical technology fields She consults with clients and outside groups around marketing_ small business success and turnarounds She has a B A from Westminster College and an M B A from St Thomas <_p>
