Although the project was not yet live, the initial designs were both fluid and innovative. Hermitcrab Technologies impressed with their clear communication, openness to feedback, and enthusiasm for incorporating cutting-edge technologies into the software.
They delivered everything that is currently on the website and even uploaded over 300 photos of products. They were always available and willing to help, and while their technical knowledge is great, they could improve on getting to know the U.K. market better, which they’re working on.
Hermitcrabs’s tenacity was the foundation for a flexible web design compatible with either WordPress or ExpressionEngine. Their confidence was also appreciated and their professional suggestions for improving the site encouraged.
