Her prior experience includes a 19-year stint as VP of Operations at a $70 million 90-person 5-office advertising agency as well as six years of operations management as VP of Operations for the Dayton Development Coalition. She supported daily management of the $22.5M Third Frontier Program and its venture capital funds as part of DDCs Entrepreneurial Signature Program a non-profit economic development organization focused on attracting high quality employers and jobs to the Dayton Region.

He also served as a Director of Business Development and a Senior Digital Media Analyst with a leading consulting and investment bank firm BIA/Kelsey. Michael also led digital transformation strategies for some of the largest media companies in the US including AOL YP.com Time Warner Cable and GoDaddy as well as emerging digital media companies such as Yext and Yodle. Prior to BIA/Kelsey Michael launched an international marketing consulting and sales training firm within The Berry Company a Fortune 500 media and publishing company.
