Founder Chief Troublemaker
Vital is a retired U.S. Army Infantryman and the founder of Black Beard Labs. He is passionate about helping others and enjoys solving annoying technology related problems. Vital lives in Waynesboro with his wife and daughter.
Mario Marhx
Digital Marketing Manager
Mario is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and the Digital Marketing Manager for Black Beard Labs. His interests include producing synthwave and house music marksmanship and PC Gaming. He can also do a kickflip on a skateboard!
Rusty Noesner
Director of Client Outreach
Rusty is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL and a natural people-person. He enjoys photography painting and the great outdoors. He is the founder of a Veteran Service Organization called ’War Paints’. Rusty is a West Virginia University alumni.

Social Media Manager + Drone Pilot
Jermaine is an avid social media buff and experienced drone pilot. He has a BA in media studies from Radford University. Jermaine comes from a large military family and grew up in the Shenandoah Valley. He loves reading listening to music and everything technology related.
