Paul provides general management and strategic guidance for the NSRC team. He is a seasoned commercial veteran of B2B and has held many sales and marketing leadership roles most recently as the VP of Marketing for Bettcher Industries. Paul brings a consultative approach and practical ’client side’ knowledge to our team. He holds a MBA from Indiana University and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh.
With over two decades of market research experience Lauren Schmidt is adept at guiding projects from inception to completion. She is skilled at selecting the appropriate research methodology designing effective questionnaires and creating insightful reports. In addition Lauren is an experienced qualitative researcher having moderated numerous focus groups. Lauren has a degree in Communications from Miami University.
Ann Toth is responsible for managing the day-to-day research activities for NSRCs call center. She is proficient at balancing multiple projects while keeping an eye on project details and deadlines. Anns previous work includes a supervisory role in the new product development department of a greeting card company and work at a consumer research firm where she frequently conducted taste test studies.
As programmer for NSRCs in-house and on-line studies Joe Miklus is an effective and creative problem solver. In addition to his programming work he is accomplished in the use of advanced statistical analysis techniques. Joe puts his analysis and macro-writing skills to work when writing both on-going and custom reports. Joe received a degree in English from Cleveland State University.
