From brand building to business building Jeff#39;s built a portfolio of work for some of the world#39;s largest publicly-traded corporations including Alcoa BNY Mellon EQT Federated Investors H.J. Heinz PNC and PPG Industries. Prior to joining Pipitone Group Jeff was president and creative director at Barton Denmarsh amp; Esteban (BDamp;E) where for more than 30 years he helped grow the firm throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico. His talents applied to projects and accounts as diverse as literature systems for PNC Investments to designing an on-field promotion at Heinz Field featuring two 35-foot animated ketchup bottles. The energetic process he employs in fostering client relationships and fueling employee creativity is instrumental in turning out exceptional innovative—heck just plain great—work. Principal Strategic Integration
Don#39;t let him fool you. While Arnie#39;s process might appear based on having ’good conversations’ and ’thinking out loud’ his true prowess—his ’Arnacity’ as its been called—is making sure client strategies are on target and getting things done effectively and efficiently for Pipitone Group#39;s client base. Arnie#39;s keen discernment for detail and processes stems from his 30-year career in the industry including a vice president of marketing technology position at Blattner Brunner which in 1990 acquired his database marketing and research company High Technology Associates one of the first of its kind at the time.

Ron brings to Pipitone Group the perfect combination of attributes that made him a stellar sales manager at the region#39;s premier printer of annual reports Herbick amp; Held back in the day: a get-it-done work ethic an unruffled exterior and the charm to make clients and staff eager to work with him. He has more than 39 years of experience in developing a wide range of visual communication projects and websites for a variety of corporations as a managing partner at Vance Wright Adams. Ron#39;s clients include industrial financial services consumer products and technology companies colleges and universities and businesses of every size. He is a graduate of Penn State with a bachelor#39;s degree in marketing.
Director of Digital Marketing
As Pipitone Groups Director of Digital Marketing Leah knows you cant find the forest without looking for the trees. Her day-to-day goal is helping clients leave a digital footprint and she is a master at developing strategic and measurable digital marketing plans and executing them using a wide array of tools and best practices. Leah is passionate about tracking how marketing performs and thinking about how iterative improvements can turn any clients everyday marketing efforts into amazing lead generation and nurturing tools.
Chief Financial Officer
Marc Newman#39;s experience is vast and varied. He was the CEO of a wholesale dessert manufacturer the director of annual giving at the University of Rochester an underwriting analyst at JP Morgan Chase and is a senior advisor at The Tobin Group. And while he#39;s a jack of all trades he#39;s the master of Finance. As Pipitone Group#39;s CFO Marc ensures the financial health of the firm allowing us to focus on being InteGREATly creative in addressing clients#39; challenges. Without Marc things at Pipitone Group just wouldn#39;t add up.
Manager of Administration
With a passion for payroll and enthusiasm for HR Francine runs the gamut of office administration at Pipitone Group. Beginning her PG career in 2002 she has expanded her role from Bookkeeper to Office Manager and is currently Manager of Administration. Organized and engaged she handles everything from coordinating with vendors to planning employee activities including PGs annual Halloween Party which is near and dear to her heart.
Kim is responsible for the strategic management of key accounts at Pipitone Group as well as the account services team structure which helps to ensure clients objectives are met and their expectations are exceeded. Her 12-plus years of management mentoring and leadership in marketing has given Kim a thorough understanding of clients online and offline business objectives and she and her team utilize this understanding to develop effective and efficient marketing plans and recommendations.
Creative Services Manager
Vince is a master of the Adobe Creative Suite. But in addition to his knack for graphic design he spent the better part of his early career specializing in print production. As a truly diverse print and digital production artist with more than 20 years of experience Vince leads Pipitone Groups team of creatives constantly striving to improve processes culture and workflow to deliver great work to our clients.
Vice President | Strategic Account Planner
A message is only as effective as the planning behind it and that#39;s Nancy#39;s forte at Pipitone Group. As VP/Strategic Account Planner Nancy is our liaison to the customer uncovering the insights needs and details that lead to meaningful game-changing brand ideas effective strategies and compelling creative. Prior to joining Pipitone Group that#39;s exactly what she did for global brands like Heinz DuPont USG Susan Komen Foundation Hoover Dirt Devil and Bank of America. For Gerber she was part of the team that drove market share to an all-time high of 83%. For BEHR her consumer insights led to a paint and primer campaign that created a new category of paint and earned the Home Depot Vendor of the Year award.
