RUSH Personnel Services Inc. has been locally owned and operated by our founder Bonnie Peracca since 1981. RUSH is one of the largest independently owned and operated staffing services in Northern California. Bonnie chose to base the corporate office in Chico as a central location for our service area which covers most of Northern California. In 1998 RUSH established our ’virtual office’ on the Internet to enhance our capability to provide total employment services to the region.
As a complete staffing service (from temporary to executive placements) RUSH represents and places more than 2000 employees annually through our temporary and regular employment options.
Presently RUSH Personnel Services Inc. has a clientele base of more than 640 businesses and an internal staff of over 35 providing service and support to our Clients and RUSH Associates. Our offices are open 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. M-F with key staff available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
