Amits background is in strategy consulting for mid-market companies. Prior to founding STEER Partners Amit was a Vice President and Partner at Ernst and Youngs former market diligence group (IGS) advising PE firms on acquisition due diligence. Previously Amit was with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate and Operations Strategy Consulting Practice and A.T. Kearney where he focused on business improvement and post-merger integration strategies for Fortune 500 clients.
Amit holds an M.B.A from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Bombay.
Shibani is a partner at STEER Partners. Shibani leads growth strategy engagements for mid-market companies. Shibani is a seasoned strategy consultant who has led engagements in areas of corporate strategy and finance. She was most recently an Associate Partner at Monitor Group where she spent 10 years focused on helping large and mid-size clients identify new growth platforms using acquisitions and partnerships. Shibani has extensive expertise in the consumer products and life science industries.
Shibani holds a M.Sc. in Finance from the London School of Economics and a Bachelors degree in Economics from University of Bombay.
