Ursula has over 18 years of experience working in global agencies with both Fortune 500 companies and boutique clients. She has honed her skills by orchestrating multi-disciplinary teams on the client and agency side to meet client objectives. Ursula was headhunted by TBWA to move to the UAE 12 years ago to manage the Etihad Airways global account and hasnt looked back since.
balcony8 was founded in 2010 and Ursulas aim was to create an agency that offered the craftsmanship of a talent-centered atelier and the service of a strategic multi-disciplinary agency. This still holds true today. balcony8 is about designing experiences that enhance peoples lives at multiple points of interaction.
Having started a business at a young age Ursulas entrepreneurial acumen means that she is able to quickly absorb information inspire her teams and encourage them to deliver top-notch work within budget and on time whilst delivering real results.
Past agencies include The Jupiter Drawing Room (SA) Network BBDO (SA) Mamp;C Saatchi (UK) Lowe (UK) Lowe (UAE) before setting up balcony8 in 2010.
