Justin started as the resident production manager/producer at Floodlight Media. He hails from a background in project management designing and managing complex large-scale projects.
Justin has worked with Floodlight since its creation ensuring our productions run smoothly on both time and budget. He has now taken on the role as Managing Director since late 2017.
Cameron is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Floodlight Media with more than 8 years experience in the video production industry.
As the Creative Director at Floodlight he oversees concept development direction and editing.
His passion is centered around finding original and inspiring ways to engage a modern video viewership particularly in online spaces and works with our team at Floodlight to see this vision through.
Cameron#39;s background means he has a blend in creative and technical skills and believes in a pragmatic approach to see an idea through all of the highly technical stages of video production.
David is the Co-Founder of Floodlight Media and has over 10 years experience in the film industry. David has worked on productions including Offspring 100 Bloody Acres Sam Fox Extreme Adventures and Red Dog.
He has a passion for creating engaging moving images for a wide range of creative and commercial projects.
Holly heads up the production team at Floodlight. Her background is in theatre sales and project management. Since starting with Floodlight she has overseen a variety of projects from studio TVC#39;s to large scale livestreams.
Holly prioritises customer service and places a high value on her client relationships which she approaches with a sense of enthusiasm and transparency.
She also understands that a creative vision cannot be fully realised without detailed planning by boring people who love spreadsheets.
Josh has a diverse background having six years experience working across advertising public relations and government as a an account manager strategic planner creative advisor and video producer/photographer.
Victorian born and bred Josh formally opened the doors to Floodlight#39;s Melbourne office in early 2019.
Thomas fulfills a variety of roles at Floodlight including cinematography lighting and editing thanks to his Advanced Diploma of Film amp; Television and a wide range of background experiences.
Thomas has had numerous camera and editing jobs for Channel 10 and SBS in food and travel shows while also being involved in camera work for several high profile corporate brands. He has additionally been cinematographer on a number of music videos for artists such as Gang of Youths Brendan Maclean Odette and Okenyo.
He enjoys horror films and story telling through moving-image.
Trent is our in-house post production maestro at Floodlight Media specialising in editing graphics and visual effects.
Having completed an Advanced Diploma in Screen and Media and having worked on some large scale projects such as Danger 5 Trent is a dedicated and multi-talented individual.
He brings a wealth of amazing skills and capability to the team enabling us to take your production from great to perfection.
Joe has been helping out Floodlight Media in various ways since its earliest days but is now largely dedicated to providing its IT services with his extensive IT experience and self-driven desire to always learn new things.
He designs builds and supports the ever increasingly complex and high-end systems that a media company demands.
Emily has had a love of film from an early age. Starting her career working on short films and Web series while still in high school she has had the ability to grow her skills in many different departments on set.
Emily first joined Floodlight by working on our Fisheries Cops short film and has since become a regular part of the team.
From drone operation to photography live stream to commercial long term time lapse to cinematic shooting. If theres a camera involved so is she.
With a background in Film Production and Visual Effects Jai specializes in capturing dynamic engaging images which communicate clearly to an audience.
He is strongly versed in Live Streaming Production Commercial Film and Corporate Video. Jai understands the importance of communicating the client#39;s vision throughout the duration of the project from start to finish.
Julie has an extensive background in Management Accounting and is the kind of person who just loves numbers.
She enjoys nothing more than dotting the Is and crossing the Ts so that while the rest of the team are being creative Julie keeps the figures under control in the background. That way everyone is happy!
