Philips legal experience and technical expertise cover intellectual property science technology consumer electronic commerce franchising outsourcing and food and drug regulation. He has an Australian Government Negative Vetting 2 security clearance and is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Courts in multiple states and territories.
