Wayne commenced in the recruitment industry in 1996 and has worked in the UK and Australia.Waynes diverse recruitment experience spans across leading teams and businesses nationally specialising in Contact Centre Banking amp; Finance Government Manufacturing Logistics Facilities Management and Aged Care.

Wayne and the executive team have overseen the significant growth of Symmetry HR since its inception in 2010 overseeing organic national expansion and an aggressive acquisition strategy. As the CEO of Symmetry Waynes major responsibility is to fulfil the vision of growth of the organisation through his passionate executive team and dedicated staff.

Matthew started working with Symmetry HR in November 2008 as a Business Development Manager. In this time Matthew has been able to manage and service a variety of clients in industries such as Utilities Banking amp; Finance Recoveries Telecommunications Industry Ombudsmen and other Third Party outsourced providers.

Matthew moved into recruitment from a Management position within a Call Centre environment which enables him to look at businesses from an operational perspective.

In September 2012 Matthew was promoted to the position of Chief Sales and Marketing Officer a role which includes major responsibilities of managing the sales team and working towards Symmetry HR achieving their visions and goals.

Craig Anderson commenced in the recruitment industry in 1994 with Catalyst Recruitment where he had the good fortune to work alongside industry icons George Zammit Paul Veith and Tony Beddison.
Commencing as a Business Development Manager Craig was promoted to NSW State Manager of Catalyst Recruitment.
In 1998 with a business partner Craig commenced  a recruitment start up called Strategy 1 Human Resources and built a national business over 12 years.
Demerging in 2010 Craig established Symmetry Human in Victoria and has built with a strong team of people a National business.
The emergence of COVID19 has re-set the company vision and Symmetry HR now plans international expansion.

Yvonne commenced her career with Symmetry Human Resources in 2007 after obtaining her Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Professional Accounting followed by the completion of the CPA program. She is skilled at managing multiple payrolls and understands the complexities of tax laws and compliance insurance requirements and industry standards and oversees all areas of finance and administration including: payroll accounts payable and receivables job costing cash management general ledger banking and reconciliations. She is responsible for the preparation of strategic planning documents financial reports for the Senior Management Team and the Board and all Finance Reports for the Branch Management Team.
