Working in two-week sprints, DevOctopus delivered functional demos at each check-in. They were involved in the project and even offered their own ideas to resolve challenges. The final MVP made it easier for the in-house team to track their artists’ salary data.

Despite the challenges presented by strict compliance regulations, the team was able to successfully deliver the product to their partner, allowing them to closely communicate with their customers. Through a robust project management structure, they were able to handle most operations internally.
