Her professional skills are enviable.

Away from work Jo can often be found frequenting the commons of south West London with her family. Shes also currently learning to ride a motorbike. Yikes.

Our agency creative director with a passion for noodling and driving a culture of curiosity and creative bravery among our troops. Hes designed some of the UKs most famous PR campaigns over the years and with more passion and creative nous than youll find anywhere else. Fact.

Richard our Editorial Director helps us craft our stories to make sure they land with impact and hes super-connected with journalists across the media spectrum. He started out as a graduate trainee on the Liverpool ECHO 23 years ago moved to Fleet Street in 1999 and spent the next eight years at the Daily Mail first as a correspondent and ending with an eye-opening spell in the Femail department. With experience under his belt running his own media company working for newspapers and broadcasters on three continents before gradually shifting over into reputation management corporate counsel and media training he is well versed in helping companies and brands shape and tell their stories.

He is a Liverpool fan (naturally) a card-carrying MAMIL and with a couple of kids and the requisite pet dog he comes to the office to find his zen via the mighty pen.

Rob is our digital powerhouse and has been knee deep in the nitty gritty of SEO paid media email web/​app and all things social since the rest of us were still trying to log on. He specialises in developing valuable multi-channel customer experiences using data and emerging technologies and deserves a medal for balancing the comms landscape fine line between technical wizardry and commercial necessity. Has built his own chat bot.

Greg is the ACA-qualified FD here at 3 Monkeys Zeno and is our go-to on the financial and commercial side of the business. Managing an expert dedicated team hes been on the ball helping smooth client and consultancy financial matters for us for almost 10 years. He also has a hand in the day-to-day operations of the business. When not working on an excel sheet in the office Greg enjoys playing golf watching golf and buying golf kit. Yep. He likes golf.

As Executive Director Anna is instrumental in developing integrated communications programmes that require an eye for detail. Often that means taking a wide and lateral view of the business objectives to ensure a holistic approach in building stakeholder relations. With 20 years experience of building clients relationships at the highest level shes the one to quickly get to the killer question that game-changes a communications approach. Deservedly shes the right-hand woman on our complex and multi-market client work. And she makes it look so easy. Tsk.

Our lead technology expert David is our go-to on all things crypto blockchain software and deep tech. Over 15 years experience in this field means he can decipher a brief and look beyond the innovation to find a story decision-makers care about and put it all in language a layman will understand. Working closely with our planning and analytics teams David delivers data-driven communications campaigns that build and promote the reputations of industry-leading enterprises through to ambitious tech start-ups. He can spot a new tech trend a mile off. We stay close.

Having spent 25 years in consultancy advising some of the worlds biggest (and smallest) companies and brands its fair to say Darren brings deep experience to his clients at 3 Monkeys Zeno. Working with C‑suite executives and business managers on reputation management corporate storytelling and active issues management hes the one clients call when they need wise counsel. As a specialist in issues management and crisis preparedness and as an experienced media trainer Darren has advised a range of B2B and B2C brands including Book​ing​.com Signify and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. His insight-led creative approach has won him a flurry of industry awards but we think one of his most important corporate comms skills lies in his application of the PESO model. Properly impressive.

John is our recently-joined strategy director. We managed to entice him back across the water from NYC where he led among others the Cannes-winning campaigns for Michelin Volvo and Gillette and the first ever interactive Superbowl ad for Pamp;G. A no-nonsense and open-minded strategist with deep digital heritage he helps us to elevate our clients businesses through ambitious thinking. As someone who is not only data-literate but data savvy hes valued for his proven ability to interrogate and identify insights and turn them into solid campaign strategies that inspire top tier creative communications. Annoying right? As a father of four hes also an expert on collaborative teamwork (thats a euphemism) and rebooting the home router.
