Justin is the founder of Fin International. In 1987 he identified the need for a specialist brand and design agency for financial sector clients. Since then he has continually applied his extensive market knowledge along with his experience and understanding of financial brands to help our clients drive their branding and marketing forward. Justin is a regular contributor and speaker at the Financial Services Forum. In the few moments that he allows to himself Justin will be found on the squash court or simply walking his Working Cocker.
Driven focused and committed to delivering a competitive edge to all of his clients Ivo was originally a banker at Guinness Mahon and Kleinwort Benson he co-formed Fin Public Relations in 2007. Ivos client-side background means that he can bring to bear a deep knowledge of the financial services sector on everything we do. Previously a Director of Sarasin Investment Funds Ivo was responsible for the marketing and public relations of the London investment management subsidiary of Bank Sarasin in Switzerland. Ivo was also a shareholder and Director of First Financial the financial public relations and advertising agency where he was a strategic adviser to many financial services groups.
Margaret is the very first person you will meet when you visit the Fin offices. Her role is absolutely indefinable but completely indispensible. One of a kind she is variously described as office manager star-player and front-of-house. Interestingly Margaret once lived a completely different life as a 3D designer. After graduating from St Martins long before CAD existed she worked in the design and production of interiors and events of every kind. If you need to know anything at all about Fin you should start with Margaret. When not running the Fin nerve-centre you will find Margaret restoring classic jukeboxes and running her own antiques business naturally.
Dan has over fifteen years of experience working with clients to develop and produce content managing design and publishing things (Dans word!) for both online and real-world environments. Dan works across a variety of accounts at Fin with a particular focus on content and digital marketing. Originally from a publishing background he has experience working in both agency and in-house environments with large international organisations and smaller niche companies. A passionate vinyl enthusiast Dan is an inveterate crate digger ever in search of that perfect obscure or classic disc.
Anthony joined Fin in 2009 having spent five years as an IFA with Towry Law before becoming involved in public relations at a number of agencies focused on financial services – including First Financial. He has contributed to the planning and implementation of advertising and public relations strategies for Jupiter Neptune BlackRock SVM Bank Sarasin and Seilern always applying the commitment to competition and out-performance which exemplifies his career. Anthony is FPC qualified and surprisingly is also a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
Alan joined Fin as Creative Director. In time he found his fascination with strategic thinking taking precedence – and his focus is now on brand strategy using his creative background and knowledge of the investment industry to ensure alignment between our clients business objectives brand strategy and the creative execution. Alan has over 30 years experience in the marketing and communications industry and holds a Degree in Graphic Design from Canterbury College of Art. Alan maintains his unflappable disposition outside office hours by expertly tending his bonsai collection.
Henri has worked for many years across a broad range of design disciplines: brand identity product design packaging digital and publications but his absolute obsession is the design of printed collateral. Meticulous by nature with a ferocious eye for detail he has designed for a wide range of prestigious brands from concept right through to production. Henri holds a degree in Graphic Design from the Paris school of design Intuit Lab and is when not focused relentlessly on the business he is an habitue of the capitals finest film clubs and theatres.
This picture may allow you to put a face to an already-familiar voice. Roys career spans twenty-three years in financial services having joined Legal amp; General straight out of University. He now heads up our business development team. Roy has previously held director-level roles within the mortgage-packaging and claims-regulation sectors. Always extremely keen to help our clients Roy loves a challenge and reaching out to potential clients gives him just that. A proud Welshman and like so many of his countrymen suffused with passion tempered by hiraeth Roy is a Titan Of Terrible Jokes and the undisputed Agency Boss of Bad Puns.
Rob has worked for many years across a wide range of programming languages. He is obsessed with front-end development and ensuring that user experience is perfect in every browser on every device. Working with a host of technologies content management systems and APIs has left Rob with a very good understanding of how a new website should be developed and how best to approach each new project. The understanding of how the data structure needs to work is paramount in giving clients the very best website possible. In his spare time Rob loves golf horror movies and craft beer!
Throughout her career so far Eliza has always worked within B2B digital marketing. Specialising in paid social SEO and email. Her understanding of the digital sphere is intuitive and shes known to create clarity in the area so often clouded for others. Eliza has worked both in-house and agency included working for a number of companies within the investment industry.
