Anne Marie brings 30 years of experience in publishing and advertising with deep roots in data-driven marketing. With a passion to help operationalize solutions for clients she has supported high-performing teams across our global network. She previously has served as managing director for both our Los Angeles and Dallas offices and enjoys the opportunity to activate high-velocity programs for RAPPs clients around the world.

I love to build solutions with talented staff and clients ultimately building results and relationships that matter.

John Gim leads a diverse and seasoned practice that encompasses experience analytics media analytics and advanced analytics. Over his career John has focused on producing measurably effective methodologically sound solutions by leveraging a wide-ranging background across analytics technology and data. Outside of building client solutions John can be found pursuing his passions around transparency and data science growth through serving on RAPPs Global Consumer Trust council and I-COMs Data Science Board.

Courtney is a seasoned marketing expert with an extensive track record of architecting brand experiences designed to engender lasting customer relationships through sustained engagement. In her time at RAPP Courtney has held several posts in senior strategic leadership most recently as Head of Consumer amp; Market Intelligence Solutions where she is focused on developing proprietary research and intelligence products designed to inform marketing and business decision making as well as opportunities for differentiated customer experience design.

Wolfgang heads the multicultural highly ambitious team at RAPP Asia-Pacific Japan. For this role hes drawing upon his experience leading and executing award-winning projects in social digital and e-commerce for many years across the Asia-Pacific Japan region. His passion lies in finding a way for his teams to combine their desire for innovation and creativity with the pragmatism necessary to deliver high-quality short- and long-term results. 

I love the attitude and expertise of my colleagues around the world and enjoy every single day I spend collaborating with them. I equally love to focus on mixing creativity with data science — a focus on talking less and delivering more.

As a left-brain/right-brain hybrid who thrives on the intersection of data creativity and technology Shari has helped brands across sectors drive meaningful growth from both the marketing agency and strategy consultancy perspectives. A strategist by training an operator by experience and a leader by nature Shari brings thoughtful leadership to RAPP#39;s flagship New York office. Prior to joining RAPP Shari held roles at Prophet and Ogilvy and was a consultant at Bain amp; Company.

Terry is the founder and CEO of sparks amp; honey — a new agency model that helps organizations bring the future to the present. Terry launched his first digital startup in 1995 at IPG. He next joined McKinsey amp; Co. to work with the Fortune 500 C-suite and later took his expertise to Omnicom. Supplemental to his industry experience Terry spent 27 months volunteering in Uralsk Kazakhstan supporting financing initiatives incubating new businesses and launching programs for a local orphanage.

I founded and launched sparks amp; honey within the RAPP network because of RAPPs entrepreneurial spirit and thirst for innovation. It isnt easy to launch a company within a network in a holding company. It requires an approach that accelerates growth and allows for the company to be formed and nurtured at the edge. RAPP has given me that and more.

John is a veteran in the marketing communications business with over 20 years of client leadership and marketing innovation experience across dozens of big name brands. He has a diverse background from branding at DDB to leading CRM digital and technology initiatives on the client side at Ticketmaster. John has a history with RAPP having worked here prior to his return in 2016. He brings his experience and knowledge to lead the RAPP Los Angeles and Dallas offices.

RAPP is home for me. After being away I found nowhere more focused on driving business forward and delivering value through creative innovative thinking. RAPPs internal dedication to people and culture is second to none. 

Addison has played a critical role in RAPPs growth for nearly 15 years contributing significantly to the agencys major client wins since 2001. In his current role Addisons responsibilities include business development and mission-critical projects supporting RAPPs global operations. Prior to joining RAPP he worked on clients such as Pepsi Sprint/Nextel and American Airlines with IPGs TM and as a B2B marketing consultant with Bustin amp; Co.

My passion is connecting new clients to the great people of RAPP so that we can help them find new and interesting ways to connect with their customers.  That means as an agency weve got to stay on the leading edge of culture media and technology — and thats a very exciting place to be.

Leighs multi-career background brings a solid business perspective combined with coaching and learning expertise to her role leading talent development and HR. Its this diverse experience across verticals (CPG professional services Telecomm and more) across disciplines (Public Relations Customer Care Sales Operations and Training and HR) and within large and entrepreneurial organizations (ranging from Verizon to whats now Nestle Waters) that drives Leighs consultative solutions approach helping individuals and teams realize their potential.

As the founder and CEO of Code Matt is responsible for keeping the organization at the forefront of marketing technology innovation. Matt started his career as an account man in advertising services an experience which instilled in him the belief that technology can help brands deliver better services and experiences to their audiences — and that doing so drives profitable relationships. As EVP CTO of RAPP Worldwide Matt brings this same vision and energy helping to continually evolve the organization.

Im part of the RAPP family because if I were a client I would want a partner with the vision and courage to help me transition to and succeed in a world where I need my customers more than they need me.

Devin has been a part of the RAPP family since 2011 and currently leads the Global Communications and DEamp;I practices for RAPP Worldwide. She works to elevate the RAPP Worldwide brand both externally and within Omnicom and harnesses her passion for DEamp;I to craft and execute initiatives across recruiting engagement and retention that aim to make RAPP an industry-leading diverse inclusive and equitable agency. In addition to her role at RAPP Devin serves as the Global Chairperson of Omnicom#39;s LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group OPEN Pride and on Omnicom#39;s OPEN Leadership team.

Ivan has had experience in advertising and research since 2004. He serves as Managing Director in RAPP Russia and is a member of the Board of Directors for both Romir and Mile Group. Ivan#39;s area of expertise is in new businesses development and client service and he focuses on launching and developing the specialized companies of Mile group in market execution audits loyalty programs and integrated marketing communications.

RAPP is the place where many talented people with different creative approaches cooperate. Being a part of this organization is an opportunity to gain and develop a unique experience.

Connie began her career in Advertising working for big international accounts specializing in promotions and consumer behaviour. In this field she founded her own company. Together with DDB Argentina she worked for American Airlines Mc Donald#39;s and Danone among others. She joined RAPP in 2003. She specialized in CRM and Relational Marketing bringing her integrated marketing vision into the digital world. She worked as a professor at several universities and became RAPP Argentinas Managing Director in 2006.

RAPP is the perfect place to grow in the new era of communications. It has been so for 13 years and it will be for many years to come. Mobilizing the consumer requires a sophisticated combination of strategy data analysis and relevant ideas using technology to impact successfully. Thats the methodology we use at RAPP. That#39;s why I#39;m here.

Most recently as President RAPP EMEA amp; APAC - EVP Global Clients Marco led our international growth initiatives to build a relevant RAPP network in Europe the Middle East Africa and Asia. Since joining the agency more than 15 years ago he has built an extremely robust brand for RAPP internationally. Called ’immensely likeable … with surplus energy that he puts to impressive use’ by The UKs Campaign magazine Marco is noted for his ability to develop strong relationships with global clients.

Over the past eight years Shiona has driven major changes in RAPPs communication strategy leading to increased integration across client business significant commercial successes and award-winning creative work including a number of DMA gold awards. Prior to RAPP she worked client side as Marketing Director at Virgin Wines and Harper Collins where she pioneered e-CRM best practice and led digital transformation.

The breadth and depth of talent at RAPP is unrivaled. With such a diverse team of brilliant individuals to work with and learn from we can make great things happen. 

Steve has 20 years of experience in the marketing industry and has been with RAPP for more than 15 years. Previously at Arthur Andersen and Ernst amp; Young Steve oversaw transaction advisory services managed client acquisitions and supervised audits across various clients within advertising marketing and media. Since joining RAPP Steve has separately led finance and operations in New York Dallas and Los Angeles was appointed U.S. CFO in 2009 and transitioned into the role of Global CFO in 2017.

Every day I have the privilege of working with engaging professional and passionate people at RAPP. The best part of my job and the people Im surrounded by is that we have one common goal — driving our clients businesses and brands forward. This alone continues to draw me to RAPP after 11+ years.

An experienced marketer with a proven track record across all channels and within many industry sectors Carolyn prides herself on having a strong intuition for client objectives and being an authentic leader. Along with her team she consults with clients to determine smart future-fit data-driven solutions that connect customer and brand. Carolyns brand experience includes Mercedes-Benz Open University Best Western Christies Barclaycard and Eurostar.

Chris is unquestionably an industry stalwart having held leadership positions in the UK for the last 21 years. His experience and talent lie in setting the standards for operational excellence as well as building a strong cultural ethos of doing the very best for clients. Responsible for overseeing and running the UK operations across data media and creative Chris remains committed to helping talent excel in a supportive and highly strategic and creative environment.

As the guiding force of KERN Russell oversees strategic creative and analytical leadership for data-driven brands that demand solutions. Ludo held strategy positions at Yamp;R Wunderman and Ogilvy where his work won Global Effies and DMA Echo Awards for business effectiveness. He has graduated from a business school in Paris where he is from.

I believe customer loyalty is not gained through brand monologues and interruptive techniques but by earning peoples trust through experiences that enrich their lives.  The ability to harness data creativity and technology to go beyond digital communication businesses through their digital transformation is why I have joined RAPP. 

Mimi originally from the UK is an internationally experienced strategic communication and marketing professional. She has led brands in Europe Asia the Middle East and Africa both agency and client side specializing in the development of local insight and multi-channel communication strategy. Prior to leading RAPP Mimi was Global VP for Grey Group Singapore running global business for GlaxoSmithKline in 24 markets. She has led brand strategy for some of the world#39;s leading brands including Procter amp; Gamble Unilever Coca-Cola Kimberley Clarke Sun International Hotels Capitec Bank Samsung BMW Emirates and MetLife Insurance.

Arguably the emerging markets need creative consultancy technological evolution and strategic leadership even more than more developed markets. It is the pace of change and opportunity for innovation that is so omnipresent and drives us to truly think on our feet. I cant think of a better place to do this from than from within RAPP where we have been creating individualised work that works for over 50 years.

For 20+ years Paul has dedicated himself to following the customer on their journey along the path to purchase and lifelong brand loyalty. This passion has led to a profound expertise that helped him forge a leadership standing in the industry. Paul brings integrated CRM and digital experience and has held senior agency positions in Client Services and Strategy. With a focus on customer engagement and an impressive arsenal of analytics and social CRM know-how he works across business categories and marketing channels. His client roster includes Mercedes-Benz Scotiabank Sick Kids Foundation Coca-Cola BASF Mattel Dove Knorr Heineken Becel Investors Group and many more. Paul also teaches Communications Strategy at the Schulich School of Business Faculty as part of their renowned MBA program.

As Managing Director Carlos has led some of the most successful and awarded implementations in Mexico Central America and the Caribbean for leading brands in banking entertainment consumer electronics retail commercial aviation fitness fundraising telecommunications and hospitality among others. His areas of expertise include customer experience digital direct and loyalty marketing and CRM strategy.

When I joined RAPP the brand represented the future of marketing: A smart customized data driven customer centric and fully measurable approach to foster customer relationships and drive value. 20 years later we are not only at the forefront of modern marketing but now stand for the bright future of our discipline.

Prior to becoming CEO of RAPP UK Gabby was at Proximity: 3 years running the International business in the Paris office and 8 years in Proximity London as MD and then CEO. Coming from a Digital background at the start of it all Gabby is passionate about the constant evolution of Marketing finding new and better ways to solve meaty client problems make consumers happy and deliver outstanding creative work! She is also obsessed with harnessing the collective genius of the Agency to make magic.
