Jeremy is a former intelligence professional and data scientist with the British governments signals intelligence agency GCHQ. He has extensive experience in complex analysis and visualisation of large structured and unstructured data sets to generate critical insights for national security and the detection of serious crimes.
Tom Griffins focus is working with existing and new investors to help Ripjar secure the appropriate financing to implement its growth strategy. Tom was Ripjars CEO for 5 years growing the company from its conception to 65 people across 2 offices globally serving governments and enterprises in their fight against criminal activities. Tom has a PhD in Engineering Mathematics and prior to Ripjar was the Technical Director of GCHQs Engineering Department responsible for creating and sustaining the solutions that protect the UK from threats including terrorism cyber and serious organised crime.
James is our Head of Global Sales and sets the strategic direction for all commercial activities. With over 25 years experience in high technology sales James has led international teams within a number of start-ups across a variety of industry verticals including Government and Financial Services. James is based out of our London office.
Simon is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our software solutions to our customers. Prior to Ripjar he specialised in data analytics and capability development within the British government. He has also created and led technology across a number of sectors as the co-founder and CEO of a knowledge sharing startup and a software engineer in the financial services industry.
David works to understand the myriad connections between technology and the complex dynamic threats that we face. After 10 years working in a variety of operational and research roles at the British governments signals intelligence agency GCHQ David works as Ripjars Director of Intelligence to ensure solutions are at the very forefront of thinking and capability.
Maria has been worked at Ripjar since 2016. Having worked for 15 years in legal services she is an HR Generalist with a focus on people and culture. CIPD qualified Maria believes in a whole team approach building and managing strong working relationships through good communications and placing people and their ongoing engagement high on Ripjars agenda. She is experienced in directing the administrative functions of SMEs and developing company culture.
Tom works as Ripjars Director of Strategic Partners where he sets and delivers the partner strategy. After studying Electronic Engineering at Cambridge University Tom worked for 10 years at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence (previously Detica) in a number of senior roles in the security and cyber domains including Oman Country Manager and Head of Business Development for Government Data Analysis Products.
Kate joined the Ripjar team in April 2018 as Financial Controller. With her passion for numbers attention to detail and collaborative approach Kate leads the finance team in the effective and efficient management of all the companys financial operations. With over 10 years experience gained in senior roles within the tech industry she provides expertise across a broad range of finance areas. Kate is ACMA CGMA qualified.
Robert is a former intelligence professional and data scientist with the British government#39;s signals intelligence agency GCHQ. He has 30 years experience in integrating structured and unstructured datasets to build data driven system; this includes for the last decade using Artificial Intelligence techniques to produce state of the art algorithms.
