A full stack multi-disciplined creative with over 18 years experience. Sam started his career working in advertising for the Northcliffe group before becoming agency based and working with clients such as the Seat Car Group Debenhams The Royal Navy and Air Southwest. Having previously held roles as a senior designer and creative director He heads up the Vitamin Cornwall creative team Key skills include branding print design advertising and front end web design amp; development.
Kathryn has been organising people and projects for her whole career. Starting out running a beach cafe in deepest Cornwall she has also been Finance and Operations Manager for a £1m+ turnover recruitment company and Operations Director for a small digital design agency. She has experience running £100k+ digital projects with public sector (Cardiff University NHS England) government (Department of Work amp; Pensions) and corporate clients (Aon RBS). Kathryn also has an MA in Creative Writing so can turn her hand to copywriting to support the team if required.
Jon started his design career creating interpretative graphics for visitor centres within the private sector. After joining the team at Timothy Guy Design one of the South West#39;s leading multi-disciplinary design consultancies he produced corporate branding and strategic design communications for a variety of national and international clients. As Assistant Director at Aukett Brockliss Guy he worked on the design and procurement of exhibition signage and public realm wayfinding strategies. Jon has been with Vitamin Cornwall since 2009.
Yiian Thomas started at Vitamin Cornwall this year. At a young age he showed interests in graphic design content creation and videography and went on in college to study Media Production and came out with 3 A-Levels and is now employed as a digital designer with a open window to modern trends and insights to the design amp; marketing industry whilst using previous experience from 10 years of hobbies and interests to create animations and motion graphics music production in multiple genres and is a big music lover of all genres!
Suzanne started her working life with Harrods London where she stayed until starting a family. Leaving behind the hustle and bustle of London she returned to Cornwall to bring up her family. Joining Creative Edge/Vitamin Cornwall in 1998 she has been answering the telephone and making cups of tea ever since!
Jacob Beckett specialises in partnering with founders and launching products and ventures. His roles have included Co-Founding Esquared technologies and now sitting on the Board of Directors working as head of product for Booking Spaces CTO for Lumio and as an advisor for The Racing Manager. Jacob is an expert in overseeing the full lifecycle of a digital product build and then venture launch. Using his experience as an Art Director he can take a concept from a blank sheet of paper through the research branding UX/UI stages. Hes a full stack product designer and entrepreneur.
