Born in the jungles of Haifa Ram grew up wrestling snails and wild bunnies. After discovering the Sinclair ZX81 Ram traded in his very short wrestling shorts for a pair of supersonic glasses and started punching in zeros and ones. It didnt take long for the IDF to take notice and they quickly recruited him to be a naval officer. Ram respectably served his country for five and a half years apart from a freak accident involving over ripe apples and 10000 volts of electricity which resulted in a 10 percent increase in Rams already abundant ’jew fro’ and a strange inclination to raise his voice in the middle of very long sentences. Today when not creating jungle book animations with his sons Ram spends his time coding 3d engines in flash and conjuring up new and exciting ways to navigate through endless amounts of information.
Ram is a technologist with a film degree has vast experience with digital products and is also in a jazz band! Ram is our chief strategist and has been helping companies reinvent their businesses for over 15 years.
He also mentors start-ups in various incubators including the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship IDC Herzliya and gives lectures and workshops worldwide.

Eyal was born an identical twin. Due to the overwhelming similarity in the boys looks Eyal often got confused when looking at his brother often mistaking him for some kind of fourth dimension. Long exposure to such experiences enabled Eyal a special talent for seeing things in a ’unique’ way. For example he recalls rearranging spots on the back of ladybugs with his ocular supervision. One day while walking along Tel Avivs picturesque beaches Eyal came across a ball of fur. Squinting he was able to make out two shiny eyes and a big red drooling tongue. This strange and beautiful creature otherwise known as ’Kliv’ became Eyals lifelong friend.
Eyal is an award winning designer and animator. He is in charge of the pulse of the studio. He created visual brands that are used and loved by millions all over the world.

Orit grew up in a very rectangular prefab home located in a suburb of Chicago. When not counting the squares of the very 60s styled wallpaper that covered the familys living room Orit often contemplated life while staring at round gold fish swimming in a medium sized waterfall that was also a lamp. Eventually she grew up and was off to art school. She supported herself by working in an establishment that was known for making square burgers. In an attempt to save a little money Orit started buying cheap oil paint from some unfamiliar country in the east. This product offered day-glow colors which enabled her to paint abstract scenes reminiscent of the special effects she had seen while admirably watching Wonder Woman as a child.
Orit is a partner at RED and has been creating loveable digital products for over 15 years. She has a B.A. in Fine Art and an M.A. in Design for Interactive Media. She also teaches UX and design thinking at leading universities and gives lectures and workshops worldwide.

Ronen#39;s roots are in Argentina which often leaves him puzzled when he enters the kitchen and sees what one of our vegans decided to eat for lunch. In his free time he can be found fighting and punching people in his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class - some of which are our clients! Other than that he#39;s a loving husband and a proud father of three beautiful and totally sweet children.
Ronen joined the team in early 2016 after ten years working in the industry and nothing has been the same since. With a strong background and passion for sales Ronen is excited to bring a new perspective to the team at Red and is determined to tell the entire world about our talent. Ronen sends us all over the world to give speeches and conduct workshops about subjects related to design thinking and agile development.
Ronen provides comic relief to the entire studio. He populates the company#39;s whatsapp with some serious funnies and raises our spirit on a daily basis.
Itai Cohen otherwise known as Numbers joined our ship in 2006. Aside from being a superb programmer Itai excels in cooking and carpentry. When not trying to figure out the perfect algorithm for a game or app you can find Itai on his porch building furniture and odd extensions to his house. Owning a special power that allows him to accurately calculate bundles of objects Itai is famous in Tel Aviv for frequenting the Carmel Shook (fruit and vegetable market) and estimating the amount of fruits and vegetables in the booths.
Not a pixel more or a pixel less this pixel-perfect pixie sets everything straight in the studio. Roni is a master of the graphic arts and you can be sure that with one stroke of her magic wand she#39;ll sprinkle your application into a breathtaking visual experience. When not working her magic around here Roni labors on elaborate costumes and creates culinary chocolate wonders for her totally cute kids.
