Ashok is a senior partner of the firm and has a strong legal and tax background with nearly 40 years of experience. He heads the firms Tax Advisory and Compliance practice.
Ashok has advised a significant number of private equity funds domestic and multinational corporations in areas ranging from designing efficient operating and tax structures corporate reorganizations Mamp;As etc. He has successfully represented clients before tax authorities at various levels on complex tax litigation matters.

He has a Bachelors degree in Commerce as also Law from the Mumbai University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1977.
