Manos experience covers all facets of information technology delivering large business transformations and significant innovations for several customers in Asia.
Mano has a proven track record of leadership in building and enhancing client relationships setting up practices and delivery teams from scratch and enabling successful outsourcing strategies for blue chip Fortune clientele across the globe.
His specialties include: Driving Technology Innovation Running profitable businesses Managing large IT projects across several industry verticals Business Digitization IT Shared Services Business Development Engagement Structuring Offshore Outsourcing Business/IT Consulting; Managing Innovation; Marketing and Business Development.
Kalpana has got over 25 years of experience in Finance Accounting Treasury Planning and Mergers amp; Acquisitions. She started her career as a Software Engineer and has got rich experience in heading IT projects. She has got more than 10 years of experience in heading the financial operations of Tentacle Tech. She has made commendable contributions in the areas of Budget Taxation and Investment decisions of company.
Prior to joining Tentacle Tech Kalpana served as Project Head with MNCs in India and Singapore. She holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering India.
Logeswari has a successful track record of driving revenue growth for Tentacle Tech and is experienced in business development strategic initiatives and operational excellence. She started her career with Tentacle Tech as a Software Engineer and took over the responsibility of strategic development of the companys operations in the regions of Malaysia Singapore and India.
Prior to joining Tentacle Tech Logeswari served as a Training Faculty in IT. She holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Institute of Road and Transport Technology India.
Mohsen Esmaeilinia is a Senior Data Scientist at Tentacle Technologies. He is responsible for Ramp;D activities in KPO department. He has been with Tentacle Technologies since 2016 and has led big data and AI software developments. He received a Master of Engineering in image processing from Multimedia University and has worked in many applied research projects.
