Graduated in Business Administration from Universidade Tecnica de Lisboa with a postgraduate degree in Communication and Marketing from the Sao Paulo University. Sara started as a financial analyst in capital markets but her charismatic profile soon led her to the fields of Communication.
She worked at three renowned communication agencies both in Portugal and Brazil before launching The Square.
Married with a self-made man Sara is the proud mother of three little girls Clarinha Mª Ines and Mª Madalena. She is very close to her family and friends and highly committed to work.

Raquel is a resilient person not giving up in the face of difficulties. For her the more difficult the challenge is the better.
From Lisbon to The Square….
After finishing High School Elisabete entered the Design and Printing area and started working as an Offset Printer. A few years later Elisabete became the manager of a Design amp; Printing company. The challenge of running her own business was a great vehicle for learning and after selling the company she decided to become an administrative consultant.
The most difficult thing for Elisabete is to stay quiet and be in silence all day long (aka for more than 5 minutes)…
From Carregado to The Square….
Graduated in Public Relations and Business Communication from School of Communication and Media Studies Rita is currently completing a masters degree in Marketing and Advertising at Catolica University. She always wanted to be an actress but then realized shes up to bigger challenges with PR.
Rita loves dogs going to the beach and dancing. She´s a very communicative person always has a good story to tell and makes all challenges more fun. She always wants to do more better and bigger.
From Dominican Republic to The Square….
Isabel graduated from Journalism with a focus on Public Relations and Advertising from Creighton University in the United States. Isabel has worked in public relations agencies in New York City and Los Angeles and has held other positions in PR in Omaha and Kansas City in the United States. She has always been involved in the fashion and events industry as a hobby having volunteered at Omaha Fashion Week Kansas City Fashion Week Lisbon Fashion Week and was the events organizer at her university.
She moved to Portugal a year ago the second time she moves overseas and loves the challenges of new beginnings meeting new people and learning new languages.
From Caldas da Rainha to The Square….
Having begun her professional career as a journalist and editor in health human resources and tourism publications Ana has since been acting as a senior specialist in renowned communication agencies for the past 15 years following the trail initiated by her graduation in Communication from Universidade Tecnica de Lisboa. Along the way she has also managed communications and marketing departments in a non-governmental organization for development a national innovation institute and a software house before joining The Square´s multidisciplinary team.
Upon completing 10 years as a piano student her spare time is divided between her passions: art travel and books.
From Almada to The Square….
Tatiana graduated in Advertising and Marketing from the School of Communication and Media Studies and has a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing and Analytics from NOVA IMS. With 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing she has worked in several market sectors. She was the Digital Marketing Manager for a technology company.
Outside of work Tatiana loves sports (especially tennis where she has been a federated player for several years) loves to try all kinds of foods to travel and to spend quality time with family and friends. She is also interested in other areas outside of her comfort zone such as the health area (having taken a basic life support course with a defibrillator).
From Loures (with roots in Alentejo) to The Square….
Graduated in Marketing and Advertising from IADE – Creative University and Communication Sciences from Universidade Europeia. Tiago started his professional career at a Portuguese Fintech and Insurtech and he is now living the dream of working as communication consultant for different brands.
In his free time Tiago likes to travel sail go out with friends and discuss crazy out-of-the-box ideas for unknown companies: ’just imagine how you can change the printers business simply by changing their communication’.

Graduated in Public Relations and Business Communication from the School of Communication and Media Studies. Vera is currently taking a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Brand Strategies. She previously worked in two communication agencies in the health and consumer fields.
Vera is a fan of warm weather and going to beach – for her it could be summer all year.
She´s a very communicative chatty and accelerated person.
From Matosinhos to The Square….
Graduated in Communication Sciences from NOVA University with a masters degree in Marketing Communication and New Media from Bologna Business School. After some years working in agencies in Lisbon she took off to Italy for a masters degree and for an experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Before coming back to Portugal Sara decided it was time to fulfill the dream of traveling for 3 months in Southeast Asia a lifetime experience that happened right before she enrolled in a new professional challenge in the transportation industry.
Sara is a native team player – 10y as volleyball player might have helped.
From Viseu to The Square….
Graduated in Communication Sciences from the University of Lisbon Tania started as a radio host and producer. Later she created a podcast where she mixes daily life with humour. She entered The Square in search of a new challenge that would make her a more versatile and complete professional.
Passionate about storytelling she likes to enjoy her free time by watching as many TV shows as she can listen to good music and see plays.

With a bachelors degree in Business Communication and currently taking a masters degree in Communication Sciences – Strategic Communication at NOVA University of Lisbon Gisela started her professional career as a social media manager at the biggest online newspaper in Portugal. Since then she had the opportunity to manage the social media of other newspapers and was part of the communication department of two companies from the major Portuguese employer group.

Carolina has many interests and hobbies including illustration movies sewing and sustainability.
