Our origins take us back to a time before Apple launched its iPhone. To a time when the communication technology race was in its infancy and the need for call center outsourcing services was growing exponentially in order to cope with the demand. Websites (and everything else internet related) were a tough concept to grasp for the not-so-tech-savvy public and for the ones that were an opportunity not always pursued with good intent. Content moderation became a demand and we were there to meet it.
We took the challenges straight on adapting and improving along the way. What we lacked in experience we made up for by being open-minded and enthusiastic. Clients were happy and were even awarded (link to awards) for our prowess. Sure things didnt always go to plan but we made sure when they didnt we learned from those experiences and became better through them.

We boost our team to 94 team members and prepare to take on more.
As time passes we relocate into a new home implement Work from Home scheme and reach 107 employees.

We reach 144 strong. Our people-centric culture gains speed. We continue to add new recruits into our ranks to bolster our call center services and content moderation needs of our customers.

Weve gone global. Romania Belgium Philippines amounts to more than 370 team members now. We maintain a growing income of fun while doing this.
We are more than 500 members amp; still getting more. More happy clients more projects to come and of course more fun doing it.
We grew global headcount by 40% debuted ConectysOS 2.0 and were fortunate enough to win several industry awards.
We won Silver Stevie Award continued to grow at record pace and positioned ourselves as a global leader in rapidly-expanding bike-sharing vertical among others.
We grew in The Philippines Europe and to the US while achieving triple-digit overall growth
We celebrated 15 years in business and 1500 global headcount saw 103% revenue growth and increased our active client roster by 25%. Of particular pride: we saved clients over $1M USD via ConectysOS use.
We helped clients achieve 100% business continuity during the Coronavirus outbreak by shifting 100% of Conectys employees to work from home in under nine days. Won some more awards!
In 2019 we began working towards different client options in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) chatbots and overall digital transformation — with the goal of helping our clients deal with their end-users in the most efficient way possible. We began building a team of digital consultants to advise the client process and manage deployment which we continued into 2020 (and well beyond that). Weve always helped clients scale both flexibly and fast and a suite of digital solutions falls into that mindset and aligns us with The Fourth Industrial Revolution which is already well underway.
